I called to place an order on December 31, 2023 for the first time. I ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and xtra cheese. When the order was received, it was a regular cheese pizza. I called the store immediately to inform of the error and first spoke with a gentleman who seemed very perplexed and unknowledgeable, after repeating my order multiple times, he then said hold on to get the manager. Someone name Salena got on the phone and said, “I am the one who made your order and you only had 1 pizza, not multiple orders. I again told her I only had one order, which was a Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. She said, no, you asked for a cheese pizza. I told her she probably did not understand me with all the laughter and noise in the background. She continued to dispute my order as if I did not know what I asked for. I asked for the Manager because I could see I was getting no place with her. I asked for the corporate office number and she said you will only get me back because I am the Manager of this store. I told her she was rude and had no customer service skills. I also told her I will never order from that store again as long as she was there. What ever happened to good customer service? If you are the franchisee of this store, I would suggest replacing that Manager if you want to be successful. Great customer service goes a long way!!’

I order here quite often and have had very few issues. One issue I have is waiting, a pizza to get delivered usually takes 30-45 minutes. I have also had an issue where they sent me a Medium Pepperoni Pizza with mushrooms and barbecue chicken when I asked for a Med pepperoni and lava cakes. I love ordering from this place but the waiting time is so unreasonable and is why I have to leave a bad review. I ordered a pizza today and had to wait over 25 minutes for a quality check and overall it took over an hour to get a pizza.

Went to online order as I always do and the system was down and i was then forwarded to the store. Dominoes wanted to charge me TWICE the amount as the online order for carryout. Order went from $27.99 to $56.99… So you tell me because your system was down your trying to charge me double because I’m not ordering online and there is nothing you can do? I tried to order online,, i shouldn’t have to pay extra because your system is not working correctly, quickest way to lose a customer. Horrible customer service Dominoes, DO BETTER.

They have really gone out of their way to improve quality of this fast food pizza chain. Loads of cheese and cooked just right. It was still fresh and hot by the time we got home with our pizza. However, we ordered 3 medium specialty pizzas that were supposed to be $8.99 each and small order of parm bites. For some reason the total we were charged was over $60. When discussed with the manager he said that was price for their 2 topping pizzas only. When we tried to inform him that online for that day it was $8.99 per medium specialty he still didn’t give us the right price. So that was a little disappointing. There’s no reason 3 medium pizzas should cost over $60 from a chain pizza spot.

Gluten Free pizza was great, wings were great. I was so excited to try the new cheese dip and the apple dip. Both didn’t even cover the bottom of the pan they came in and were both burned. The kids ate the bread that came with them, but not the dips. Wasted my money.
