I used to work here about a year ago I quit cause the general Manger and supervisor were a piece of work and lazy. Often food left under the make line and lot of times dirty and trash left from there shift. Always preached high standards but failed to maintain them.

I’ve given this place chance after chance. Told 30 minutes for delivery and it’s taking well over an hour now. We can’t even call to cancel our order as they never pick up. Order will say ready via the app, and it just sits.

The food is always delicious. Using the tracker, I’m always able to pick up my order while the food is still hot and fresh. I like the pizza and the pasta dishes most, but they are getting smaller portions. I have learned to stop ordering chicken as the portions have gotten too small (depending on what you across all stores, not just this location) for a large, hungry person with poor portion control.

Went in to pick up my order Pizza, Pasta and breadsticks. Was told that I was waiting on my pasta dish (5 min). Went to the cooler to grab a drink and wait. Spent 5 minutes standing at the counter waiting for the counter person to come back to the counter and ring me up. When I put the drinks behind the keyboard on the counter another employee asked if I wanted the drinks to which I replied no and went and sat down to wait another 3-4 minutes for my food. Food was ok the service was not.

They now have an automated system when you order. The option for specials included a two topping pizza and cinnamon twists for 17.99. I chose that option and ordered pepperoni and Xtra cheese. Nothing else . When I got there the total was 22 something. I asked why and the attendant said it looked like it charged me for one of the toppings. He said “I see where it says exactly what you ordered for 17.99 but it charged you for the topping. I asked if I still had to pay the 22 and he said yes. He said they were still getting used to the automated system.

My order was $14.74. Once the tax and delivery fee were added it was $20.58 BUT because the pizza itself was not $14.99 you won’t deliver?! I would have gladly given you folks the quarter difference for the pizza but because of that quarter I’m ordering elsewhere from now on! THAT is crazy. So you lost a customer over a quarter….

Car side pick up……. Been waiting over 40 minutes while employees outside smoking and talking. Definitely not on break. I did car side pick up to be quick since I have a newborn but that was a waste. Don’t tell me my food is ready when it’s NOT! And my pizza is cold
