Ordered a veggie pizza n found meat in it. Called them to complain. After hearing me, the lady Kept my call on hold for over 15 mins. It was obvious she intentionally kept me on hold and disconnected the call after 18 mins. Very bad service. Never coming here again.

Delivery driver was awesome but when I ordered my pizza online my order did not arrive before the online said it was delivered freaking out think they gave my order to the wrong house. But in reality there manager set it as delivered to save time to make the numbers look good. I guess for the managers higher ups to appease them. I almost resended my 30% tip but, it wasn’t the drivers fault! So I didn’t make a fus. But if a manager is more focused on making cooperate happy. Then employees and customers suffer! And I’m giving 5 stars because of the delivery driver!

I’ve been ordering here for years and never had any issues that weren’t immediately resolved for me. I always get notifications and the one time there was an issue with delivery, the driver accidentally delivered it to the wrong house, they were apologetic and refunded my entire order and redelivered my food to me at no cost. If you treat people with kindness and understandingb that they’re human and things happen, they tend to be willing to work with you.
