This particular location routinely messes up my order. My son is ALLERGIC to cheese. I order online so there’s no miscommunication. Every time I get here to pick it up, there’s cheese on it. So tonight I asked how can we solve this. The guy says there’s basically no way to solve it since their screen turns red with any changes. So basically they don’t read the screen. He said every time I order I will run the risk of having the pizza made incorrectly. I order two pizzas at least. When they remake the one without cheese, they do not offer to remake the others so they are all fresh. It’s so annoying, and then to top it off, this guy gave me the most nonchalant, silly answer instead of a solution. What is the point of the order screen if they can’t read them?

I’ll never go to this domino’s again. There was a couple from out of town who just wanted their wings double baked. The guy Jason refused because “their system won’t allow them to do that” he was so rude to this couple. The manager Charles was no help and a joke as well. Their customer service is horrible. Run

I love how fast my orders are ready every time I order, it’s ready in 20 min or less for pick up. Always have friendly staff greet me when I arrive. Never had an incorrect order. They offer great suggestions for add-ons and remind me of current promos every time I place my order with them. Love this place and appreciate the great customer service.

Food was great as always. However the service was poor. Couldn’t get the employee to even crack a smile much less show any bit of personality. When I walk into a restaurant I’m not expecting a surprise party by any means but some friendliness and personality would be appreciated, and I almost felt rushed to order because of the way he was talking to me like he had better places to be and better things to do. Not the experience I hope for when I walk into a business.

I used to be a fan of this location, but the last few times we’ve ordered upon opening the box our pizza has been sitting in a huge puddle of grease. I don’t mean the box is greasy, I mean that there is literally a puddle of oil in the box and we usually get a veggie pizza. Tonight was the last straw though. We always order hand tossed, but tonight the crust was so thin it was almost non-existent and in a puddle of grease. It was like the Little Caesar’s commercial where you have to slam your head down on the table to see the crust. I called to let the store know. I was trying to be nice about it, but the manager I spoke to (a woman) pretty much said oh well. She couldn’t understand how our pizza could be so greasy when it was mostly veggie. Sorry, can’t help you. I never complain about food and I wasn’t rude. I think I deserved a new pizza. I’m moving on from Domino’s or at the very least, this one (E. 10th St in Greenville, NC).

Open sign was turned off around 8PM. Three phone calls were ignored. My online order stopped tracking on the tracker. I pulled in the parking lot, and I abandoned my order, I decided not to bother. I went to papa john on 10th st, they helped me.
