I always order buffalo sauce as a topping on my pizzas, and it is never on there. I have to check the pizza before leaving, and then ask them to add the topping before I go. They always act confused as if I’m asking for something special/that I didn’t pay for. Even the buffalo chicken specialty pizza they will not put buffalo sauce on it.

My mom and I placed an order on the app and when we went to pick it up, we were told that they don’t know what happened to the order, they would refund us and remake the order. They told us to pull over and park and they would bring it out. So we did. We sat and waited for over 30 minutes for our order, and nothing. My mom went in to see what was taking so long and come to find out our order had been ready for over twenty minutes by the time she went in (order done at 5:40pm, she went in around 6:10pm) and the food was just sitting there getting cold. One of the workers even recognized her from the drive thru window!

Picked up an online order for two pizzas and a cheesy marinara dip. When I got home and opened the box, this is what the marinara dip looked like! It wasn’t even covered, was burnt around the edges and wasn’t even full. Because it wasn’t covered, it leaked cheese oil out and made the box greasy. I would have been ashamed to even given that to a customer! Didn’t even bother to call the store – going directly to corporate with this!

Waited a solid 10 mins to place an order. The employee asked for my phone number, and he failed multiple times to correctly enter it into their system. It’s really not that hard. After the failed attempts, it locked the employee out of the system to where it would not let him edit the phone number anymore. The guy turned out to be the general manager after asking another employee who the guy was. The comprehension skill is of a 5th grader, if I’m being generous. The guy also has one of those ear buds in his ear so he was probably too busy jamming to his rap. The other employees were extremely helpful and polite.

Dont pay for extra topping because you’re not gonna get them. Got home just to realize that the extra topping I paid for weren’t on the pizza. I called and they wanted me to bring the pizza back. I live too far to be having to drive back to a restaurant to get something that was already paid fo and gas aint cheap.

I have been a long time Domino’s customer, but to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. Last time I ordered from Dominos my order took forever, so I decided to pick it up myself this time. Double pepperoni and mushrooms. I’ll post the picture.
