We ordered a pizza online around 11pm to be delivered & it never got delivered. We track the order the entire time. Eta kept pushing back til the store was closed. This made the 3rd time this has happen. Never order from here again in my life! Terrible customer service!

Every time we place an order it is not correct. They either leave off ingredients or bring the incorrect order. The drivers have been polite but the service is awful. If we had other options closer I would definitely not order from here.

Please don’t order from here. Order at 11:15pm. Tracked the order and it said it would be here at 11:46pm. The time just kept getting pushed back. Then the tracker said the food was delivered.. but no food. Dominos I want my money back! Don’t order here.. Rashad probably was eating the pizza at the bp store down the street!

Location is super convenient for my home. Every time I’ve ordered, the pizza has been great. The guys inside are prompt and courteous. Lots of coupons and rewards online, too. It’s pretty clutch when we don’t want to cook or go out to eat.

if i could give this place zero stars i would, worst customer service in the world. we called to place an order and when they arrived with our order the garlic knots didn’t even look like garlic knots and on top of that they didn’t even bring us our sprite that we ordered. when we called to get some assistance she didn’t even try to help or even give us credit for the knots or sprite. instead she gave us any excuse for everything we had to say. she gave us an attitude and talked back. she said she was a manager…this the way managers are suppose to act? lol, worst manager ever. her names jasmine, don’t even ask her for help she’s useless and filled with a big ego. the general manager even told us he will give us credit, but we just called to place an order and nothing was under our number. don’t talk to jasmine, or even try to get credit because it won’t happen at this place, all they do is lie.
