I was disappointed on Friday when I received these two pizzas. The one on the left was the first one I ordered online and received under room temperature like someone had reheated the pizza I called about my complaint and was told that it will be done over. I accepted the apology and waited for the new pizza to come which took another 45 mins at the most . I am regular customer who ALWAYS order online from the same store I never switch up or I will come to the store if I’m out but still order online. I was disappointed again about the second pizza as well which could have been better

I live near this location so I’ve frequently ordered delivery over the last two years. While most drivers try to say they aren’t allowed to enter my building to deliver, Tevi always brings my order to my door and calls ahead to let me know she’s coming up. I appreciate her effort and want the managers of the location knowing she’s the best driver I’ve dealt with so far! Edit* Jeffery however refuses to bring orders inside saying they aren’t allowed to. Then says he won’t risk a ticket, even tho I assured him he could put his hazards on and be fine. I wish we could change tips after delivery.

After asking 4TIMES if Domino’s has BEEF PEPPERONI and being told YES, 4TIMES; we got home to realize we had pork pepperoni and pork sausage on our pizzas. KRISTY the manager made it right. She replaced our medium mishaps with a large cheese pizza and a round of desserts for my grandsons and a 2 free pizzas on our next visit! I really appreciate her professionalism and expert customer service. Thank you!

It’s worse than the reviews indicate. We placed a delivery order an hour and a half ago. After 17 minutes it said it had been prepared and was en route for delivery. We live half a mile away and would ordinarily walk but it’s freezing outside. After spending 20 minutes on the phone listening to recording after recording, a member of our party goes to the establishment. It’s open. He can see dozens of boxes waiting to be delivered. The associates refuse to answer the door or phone — they’ll probably claim covid — but at this point we just want assurance that we’ll receive a refund because it’s clear we will not be eating pizza tonight. Nor will we ever order from this Domino’s again.

Probably the worst wings I ever had…Just a big soggy mess! Not one ounce of crisp. Pizza was fair so stick with that but avoid the wings, Guess you get what you pay for, So many good wings in downtown Durham that you do not need these. Plus, order took about 50-55 mins….Not a great experience. Had to heat everything up…

My boyfriend ordered pizza at 8:30 this evening and it was not delivered until 10:15. No on answered their phone when we tried to get an estimate on when we should expect a delivery and the tracker had been stuck at quality control for 40 minutes. When we finally got our pizza, it was cold (obviously) and wasn’t even the crust we ordered. Very disappointing.

This place is the bomb – after I called them with the story of how Dominos corporate tried to absolutely SCREW me over with not making a delivery insurance benefit available, the associate who helped me – James – was kind, patient, and immediately picked up the slack where corporate couldn’t even be bothered.
