Order thin pizza meat lover when got it was square cut sorry we don’t eat square we want in pie cut. So girl told use she couldn’t do thin crusty in pie cut I a manger to and you do whatever to make customer happy because you want them come back he don’t want remake be he was afraid she might do some to it. You need training your manager better customer come first they one who help her pay her bill.

Placed an order for delivery with the operator that was apparently declined by the store, got sent back to another operator cuz I guess the line for the store timed out cuz I was waiting for so long, operator went “huh, looks like your order was declined for some reason, let me transfer you back to the store”, commence almost 40 minutes of waiting and no one answered the phone. I eventually gave up and hung up. Never spoke to anyone. Figured I would try again so called again and suddenly the automated operator said “this location is no longer taking delivery orders”. While I understand that things get super busy, especially on the weekends, almost 40 minutes of waiting is quite excessive and a subpar first experience with this store to say the least.

Giving them a 4 tonight (4/14) because the new GM made the error way right. After a 2hr wait went to the location. Turned out they were so busy, and with a couple mix-ups. We normally have a great experience with delivery but on 2/11 our experience was horrible. Our order was complete wrong, the delivery driver couldn’t have been anymore discourteous then she was. Went to the store to see if we could get the order corrected and was greeted by more impolite people including the driver. We simply wanted a cheese pizza and chicken pasta. We ended up with two pepperonis and a sausage. And then their attitudes were as if we should appreciate it because it was more than we ordered. Absolutely no concern for customers’ preference, we ordered cheese pizza for a reason which they were aware of. Will just spend my money elsewhere.

I order food said 55 minutes for delivery okay it’s been over a hour so I call to check on food they say we haven’t even started your order. We have 5 orders in front of you. That is ridiculous so I stay calmed and asked if I could pick it up and they say no one allowed in store after ten I think so I was like I don’t have to come in store we can meet at door. So suppose to be manager got upset canceled my order that I ordered about a hour and half before this situation. And food was suppose to be at my house in 55 minutes. I rate the manager a zero he needs to be fired I can not help they don’t have drivers I offered to drive to pick up my food. Hope so one contacts me asap cause this is ridiculous and in professional

Unfortunately this is the only pizza place that delivers to my house. Both service and pizza are consistently disappointing. Just go ahead and assume delivery time will be twice the estimate. My most recent experience: Delivery time estimated at 20-30 minutes. Finally delivered 1 hour and 20 minutes after I placed my order and this is what I received.

We’ve had multiple problems out of this branch. Like being closed when they were supposed to be open and today the decided to cancel the order after letting me wait over an hour first. Dominos needs to figure out what’s going on with their staff. This is getting ridiculous that all branches are having these issues.
