The employees at this location are always kind and attentive. I’ve never really had many issues with my orders and none have been ruined. That being said, I was disappointed to see my pizza arriving without the chicken topping I ordered. It was still good pizza and it wouldn’t be such a big deal if I didn’t pay extra for it. I always leave decent tips too, as it’s only fair when you get delivery with these ridiculous gas prices. I’ll avoid ordering delivery if I can help it, just to make sure I get everything I ordered.

The WORST dominos ever!…at this point if you aren’t staffed and can’t do the job effeciently you should just close and allow a business that will benefit the surrounding community! I have ordered several times from here and both times my order has been skimp I ask for extra and get bare min I get double and the double just looks like extra….my pizza was cold! I ordered a medium two topping pizza and I live 7 mins GPS from the store it took a whole hour and a half for my food to get here when the prep was 25-30 mins reported! Half of my crust was pushed down and looked like thin crust not hand tossed! It’s the only one near my house but I think I’ll just live with out dominos than to ever order from here again!

I live probably 3 minutes from this Store off Battle Bridge Rd. But I started going to the Domino’s in Knightdale, because almost every time I order from there my order is made wrong. I’ve ordered Extra Pepperoni on my Pizza and the Extra Pepperoni are not on the Pizza. I’ve ordered Extra Philly Steak and it’s not on the Sandwich. When I bring it to there attention that’s what I paid for and look at order. First, they COUNT the Pepperoni and 2nd they will remake the pizza or sandwich. Next, they don’t put enough Wing Sauce on the Wings and It’s frustrating dealing with them.

Normally my food is good the last few times I have ordered my order literally takes 2 or moe hours I have to call and see why it’s not moving I just completely stopped using them the manager never offers any type of discount. Crazy thing is I order from there frequently but not anymore!

In the past 3 weeks, I’ve tried to use a free delivery pizza given to me by the company. The first 2 times the deliver wait time was 185 minutes or more. I thought this was a mistake, but when I called, the employee just laughed it off and said that it was correct. The 3rd time I tried, delivery was not when an option. My coupon expired after that and I really was not willing to try again. Corporate customer service on the phone is a joke. They don’t answer or have an option to speak with anyone.

Delivery took about 2 hours and I am literally 5 minutes away. When it finally arrived it looked a mess.one side was dried out and curled up like it had been sitting out for a day. We also went 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t the best. I’ve had better box pizza.

After waiting over an hour, no update on the tracking I decided to call, the guy who answered the phone told me oh I’m sorry we only have one driver and I was about to call the orders to cancel all of them… seriously people? Why you guys keep taking orders when you short staff??? It would it be nice if I knew that before so I can make other arrangements … very disappointed with the service.
