I ordered Domino’s pizza last night (8/13/2023), I always leave a generous tip and I order from this location often. When I opened the pizza I found the receipt crumpled up and tossed on top of my pizza. I have no idea who’s hands handled that receipt, if they were counting money, using the phone or whatever. But don’t toss the receipt on my pizza like that. That’ll be the last time I ever order Domino’s period.

Ordered on 8/18. Tracker said Brian made this sloppy trash. The one pie looks like it has monkey pox with 2 slices without cheese or toppings. The other one, not much better. Whoever was cutting and boxing should’ve known better than to let this slop go out too. I’ll never order here again. Too many other pizza options around to settle for this lazy garbage.

We got a pizza last night which we do often. We ordered sausage and pepperoni, onions mushrooms and pineapple. We did not get any onions or pineapple as verified on the on line order. I have called 4 times during business hours and it rings 10,times and then does a beep. No luck connecting. Disappointed in this order.

Not a customer friendly Domino’s. Walk up to the store. I’m met at the door by an employee saying the lobby is closed to customers. Are you serious? A customer can’t even walk inside to place an order or pick up their food. Time to get over covid. Asked for plates and she tells me they don’t offer plates at this Domino’s. Pizza was warm at best when it was handed to me. Don’t you have a place to keep pizza hot until a customer arrives for their online order. Come on, get with it. Only reason I went here is because the Dominos app wasn’t working for the Wendell Dominos that day. Next time that happens I’ll drive to Wendell and walk inside, where I feel valued and my pizza is hot. Oh, I can get plates there as well.

I received horrible service from this Domino’s. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and 2 were undercooked. I reported this to the store and they didn’t issue a refund. They offered to replace the pizzas, but asked for the old pizzas back. Ok sobthey could give it to someone else I guess. So they not only provided horrible services, they are also calling me a liar. I offered to show them photos, but they declined. Oh well, I guess there loss, will be there competitor’s gain. I will never order from Domino’s again. Too bad I can’t upload the photos. This is very disappointing.

This has to be worst Dominoes in NC. The lobby is closed 24/7. You literally have to wait outside for your food. The lobby is closed. Who manages this store? I’m usually a person who doesn’t complain but I’ve experienced a bad interaction each time I’ve come to this location.

They are ALWAYS LATE and manipulating the tracker. Food is ALWAYS COLD. Manager doesn’t care. Horrible customer service. Food said Delivered 35mins before it arrived late.

Didn’t even want to put the one star. Had a horrible experience there tonight. When did this domino’s turn into this. They wouldn’t even let me in the lobby area, they told me that it was closed. They were blocking me from entering. I wasn’t trying to. There are 50 people in there working and l get a cold pizza along with a lot of other things. Costumer service? I really am not one to say much, but when you work hard for your money and the way things are right now. Not good. And just a matter of being kind to one another.
