Customer’s need to understand that we are all human trying to do the best we can as employees. Online issues are not caused by employees in-store. All companies have technical issues that eventually get worked out over time. Customers also need to understand that we are extremely short staffed and it’s difficult for us to keep up with all of the orders coming in at once. Please be patient and respectful to staff in store.

Placed an online order and when I get to the store their lobby is closed but they said we can come to the window so I did. Get to the window and they arnt taking cash at 4pm. Joey is standing outside smoking but has no problem leaving his own review about them being short staffed, well if you are so short staffed maybe you should be inside working since that’s what you are getting paid for. Makes no sense as to why you arnt taking cash at 4pm. Only thing i can think of is that they don’t want to count the register but that’s YOUR JOB. everytime we come here we have to wait nearly a hour to get our food. everytime there’s a problem. Seems like the workers just can’t do their job like they are supposed to. So now they can have the food we ordered . Never had an issue with a pizza place like we do this one.

Customer service was horrible. Pre-ordered, got to the window was told it would be another 20 minutes 40 minutes later was ready. Total time from ordering to getting it was almost an hour and 30 minutes. An hour of which I sat in the parking lot waiting.

Called in to place my order, as I usually do, was given a total of $21.09 (large two topping pizza with small order of wings). Got here and was told there was no order. I showed them the number I called with the time (this is the ONLY store I visit) and I usually come 2-3 times a month per Google. They told me I had the wrong number and insisted on arguing with me until I had to flat out ask them if they would take my order. This time, the same order was $29.36 ($8 more) Now I’m sitting in the parking lot, having to wait another 15 minutes. One would think I would know the Dominos that I frequently visit. And all that mouthing off from employees didn’t help my mood. I can’t believe a pizza for two is $30.00.

Place a online order. Tracker says the order is ready. Go to the store and they say it’s in the oven. After about thirty minutes they say they have to remake the order. Friday nights are pizza night and we always go to dominoes and every week its drama so I’m officially done.
