This is exactly why I will never purchase from here again… I order a pizza that was to have extra pepperoni, extra Philly steak and extra cheese (looked like a regular amount of cheese), obviously I was robbed of my money. Missing garlic sauce and I paid for it… which, we could just stop right there (if you remember when it was sent always for free; youll now even be charged $1.50 for a packet of parmesean), but just for for fun I tried… : on the phone for 10 minutes and the rep who finally answered (at this store I think) offered me the $1 back after asking for my credit card info over the phone (though they already have it). Negative. Thats not worth the time it took to call. Got hung up on by the rep, tried to explain my POV that it wasn’t the reps fault.. anyway. Tried the online refund thing too and it offers for you to buy another pizza with some discount after you sign up to give them more of your info. Then it kicks you back to the main website page if you decline that overwhelming offer. Very nice, pay more for more food this place has touched! Don’t buy from dominoes. This location especially. Was fun though! Oh and if you’re a rep who would like to “step in”: take the amount of time that I spent on the phone to donate the entire trivial price of my order to a non-tax-writeoff local charity and report here that you did it with proof. Dont ask me to email you without providing your email address to the future readers. The relpies to bad reviews even have ads in them.. gross. Have a great day!

Ordered food at 1:36pm. Still says it’s not in the oven at 2:54 pm. Been on hold for 18 minutes now. The lack of ability to communicate is the most frustrating part of this whole ordeal. The corporate customer service number isn’t even working, how tf am I supposed to get my money back. Never had any kind of issue like this with papa John’s, so I’ll stick with ordering from them even though their pizza isn’t as good. This is how concepts lose guests, not just single locations

They never deliver within the delivery window, your order will be delivered 1-2 hours after the delivery window passed. I thought it was maybe a couple of bad nights, but it’s every time. I wish I was exaggerating, but just read the other reviews yourself. I want to add, there is no chance of a refund or them making the situation right if you do not receive your order or receive it late. You still have to pay full price. They won’t answer the phone and the online service offers you a free pizza which doesn’t equal up to the cost of 3.

ordered at 8pm online called to add something to the 40 + dollar ordered took someone 35 minutes to answer the phone. It was stated online a 45 minute delivery time, called back over 2 hours later and said the drivers just got back and should be on the way. 40 minutes later it finally came COLD AND NOT DONE .

My order took over 1.5 hours for delivery. When I called I was on hold for 8 minutes before my call was answered. The quality check took 1 hour but my garlic knots came out burnt and my pizza was also cold . Delivery took so long we decided to pick it up ourselves.

It’s okay! La Roma pizza near by is much better but more expensive. We did not know what to make of Domino’s Philly cheese steak pizza. It’s a little weird. Their pizzas at this spot are about dry and overdone but otherwise okay

Did not get all of my order. Texted the delivery person and he said I have to contact the store. Been on hold for over and hour and when it says press 3 to leave a m3ssage I get a busy signal and then disconnect. This is the first and last time I will order from Domino’s.
