Having to wait three hours for a pizza delivery is just crazy. If you can’t deliver in a more timely manner you shouldn’t offer the service or at least warn that it will take three hours. The delivery instructions said to not ring the doorbell. It drivers my dogs nuts. Yet the driver ringed the doorbell. The pizza was supposed to have added mushrooms and green olives. I only saw a couple of small pieces of mushrooms and no green olives.

Walked in to place an order. Lady handed me my Change and cheese fell out her hand with it. I figured maybe she just cleaned something off but gross anyway. Walked back in to pick up order and the lady touched her face then started kneading out freash dough bare handed. She probably never even washed her hands after touching the money after I left and started making pizzas. She only had 8 long nails left. Wonder who got a surprise or 2 in their food. Won’t be going back to this domino’s. Wonder what a health inspector would have to say about this.

Had one bad experience here but they generously made it right with me. Otherwise they have stepped up their menu & the biggest problem I see is being short of help which seems to be the new norm everywhere.

Tried to place a $50+ order for pickup on Sunday after church with the app several times – response: “Not accepting orders…”. Went to the business, and there was only 1 person working, besides the delivery driver who was sitting on a stool outside the preparation area. The woman working was covered head to toe with flour and appeared terrified. As she continued to prepare food, she said: “I’m the only one here, and I’ve got a BUNCH of orders. I’m way behind.”. As to the app not accepting orders, she asked.”Was it a big order?”. I replied yes, and she responded with “Well that’s probably why.”. She never stopped food preparation and did not offer to take our order – I understand why. Poor lady – the Coats, NC Domino’s supervision and management should be reprimanded.

Totally disappointed for the third time. Ordered online, representative was very difficult to understand but confirmed order finally. The hand tossed medium pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese was literally a almost burned cracker! $15.49 is too much to pay to waste. Absolutely no taste and so thin it would have been impossible to even heat without burning. When questioning the cashier, response was coupons. A frozen grocery store pizza is better tasting, larger and cheaper but I guess I paid for convenience instead of quality. No intention of ever trying them again.

Drivers are almost never there, orders always take over an hour to arrive, and they frequently mess up the orders.

Ordered my pizza at 7:50, and had an ETA of about 40-50 minutes. Ok by me, I get it’s busy and restaurants are short staffed. BUT it’s been TWO HOURS since I’ve placed my order and my pizza still isn’t here. I tried to call the store to cancel my order or get a status update and the number is DISCONNECTED. At this point, I am frustrated. As I watch the tracker the driver is going in the opposite direction 3x now and BACK to the store. I live 7 minutes with traffic from this store and I’m frustrated because I could’ve picked up, or found a different option.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered. When it never showed up, we called to see what happened. We were then told that it would be 2 more hours for delivery. Trying to be understanding, we offered to go pick it up since it’s only about 6 blocks up the street. Was informed that the pizza was ready and that we could pick it up. Upon arriving, I walked inside and stood at the counter. And stood, and stood, and stood. No one even so much as acknowledged that a paying customer had come in. I totally understand if a business is shorthanded and/or really busy and backed up. But please, have the common decency to acknowledge someone by saying we’ll be with you in a minute or something. Needless to say, I walked out with no pizza and now waiting for a refund.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!! We spent 2 hrs waiting for a very simple two pizza delivery order, placed online, and we literally live 2.4 miles from this location. After waiting for 2 hrs, the driver pulled into the strip of townhouses parking lot next door to our house and yard, we luckily saw him pull up and ran across the yard to get the pizzas. The pizza was cold and cut into crazy slices of all different sizes, and on one pizza it was undercooked and stuck to the box in the center. Absolutely unprofessional for a Domino’s, you’re supposed to know what you get and get what you pay for with a company so large. Will never return!
