Very impressed with this store! Husband and I were in the area delivering and wanted a hot meal. We ordered online, left notes on our location in the semi truck. They were very fast, and the food was piping hot! Best damn pizza I’ve had from dominos the quality was perfect. Delivery was smooth, quick and he pulled right up to our truck, and was friendly. We’ll definitely be using this store again whenever were back in greensboro craving a pie.

AMAZING staff. Perhaps the best Domino’s experience I’ve had (admittedly, my hometown has a sub-par setup). Multiple employees checked on us, even though they were very busy. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the cashier even took time to warn us of the recently mopped bathroom. I wish all Domino’s had such customer service!

Called to report an order that wasn’t delivered to my door and was told that what I said saying sounded “funny” by the manager. Very rude customer service and I will never be buying from here again. Would not recommend.

The only reason im even giving 2 stars is because the last time i got wings here this wasnt a problem. I paid 9 dollars for 8 wings that look like they came off a parakeet. If Dominoes chooses to cut corners by serving half sizes, id just prefer to drive all the way to Papa Johns for my wings.

Had to wait 10 mins for them to bring out the pizza while everyone stood around folding boxes talking. It’s always like that when I come here unless the autistic guy is working. He rocks always works hard and is friendly. They have to do better with customer service.

Pizza’s arrived approximately an hour and 45 minutes after order was placed, both pizzas ice cold when recieved. I called the store and spoke to a manager who said their system was down and they couldn’t give me a refund. Shocker. So she said I would have a “credit” and could receive the order again for free. I called 10 days later to use this “credit” to which I was told the total would be 4.29 for my order. I questioned her as this was supposed to be a credit for the entire order and I had already paid the delivery fee with the original order that was late/cold. She said there is no way she can send a pizza out without the delivery fee but would check with the GM Alex about the issue. Afterwards she said, “I spoke to him and since the 4 dollars is going to be such a huge issue he will cover the fee but we are writing a note on your name so if you try to do this again we won’t let you.” I was scolded by the GM for attempting to recieve credit that they offered for them sending me late/cold food. Absolutely bizarre that a GM would have so little experience handling an issue such as this and going as far as scolding the customer. I will not be ordering domino’s again in the future after this incident.

Geoffrey was one of the most pleasant drivers I’ve ever came across, and let me tell you, I eat a lot of delivery! It was almost closing and I felt the driver might be a little disheartened. Not Geoffrey!!! He was just as kind and helpful as he would have been at six o’clock. The pizza was hot, straight out of the oven when it arrived. The best service you could have asked for! Thank you to my awesome driver, Geoffrey and the entire Domino’s Pizza staff on Alamance Church Rd. You guys truly made my family’s night!!
