I absolutely love this Domino’s! Food is always perfect! You can tell the GM is doing an amazing job and her staff adores her, the young ladies who answers the phones are always so sweet and helpful, delivery is always quick and the food is always hot, I’ll never eat pizza anywhere else! I order from his dominoes at least once a week and have never had the slightest issue with any of the staff. However, tonight was a different story. I walked in to pick up my pizza which wasn’t in the takeout slot. No big deal. The cashier asked me how she could help me and I told her I had a takeout order for Dani. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t have an order under that name so I gave her my order number. She goes to the back and finds my pizza and slams it down on the counter and says “next time tell someone how to spell Dani”. She told me that her name was Holly Phillips. She was extremely rude and nasty for absolutely no reason and I will never visit this Domino’s Pizza again .

I order from this Domino’s frequently and have never had any major issues. Minor ones yes, but not a big deal. Tonight, I feel like an unappreciated customer. I ordered off the app a Brooklyn style Extravaganza. I was brought a small pepperoni and sausage regular crust pizza with no sticker (which is always put on the pizza) by GHULAM. He never rang doorbell, just left it on my front porch. Got pizza and brought it in and saw it wasn’t what I ordered and paid for. I called at 8:31 to report it. I live less than a mile away and he said we can have it ready in 12-15 minutes. I explained I already paid delivery and tipped driver through the app. He then said he had 4 pizzas in front of mine so at latest it would be 45 minutes. I told him we are a family of four and we’re hungry from traveling so since we had already waited 45 minutes for the first pizza to please prioritize us. By 9:30 we still had no pizza, the app said Robert left store at 9:06. Obviously the manager on duty did not make us a priority, especially when we live so close. I called back and was told that they can’t guarantee times. I totally get this, but when someone screws your order up and the driver leaves at 9:06 and 25 minutes later your pizza still isn’t delivered when you live two minutes away is unacceptable. I asked what could be done, he refunded me and now we are ordering from a different place. I was a great loyal customer. That is the last time I will be spending my money at this location. Disappointing to say the least.
