I ordered over the phone because I could not complete my order online. The website gave me a message that there were technical issues. I called and the gentleman that answered told me I could show my onlline coupon at the store and it would be accepted. When I arrived at the store I noticed about 5 employees just “hanging out” in the parking lot. When I went inside and showed the manager, “Tracy” my online order with the coupon code, he refused to accept it. He told me the gentleman I talked to over the phone had only been there days. I’m not sure how that was my problem. He then told me he would rather throw my order in the garbage instead of accepting my coupon. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at any restaurant. I was very shocked and no longer plan on ordering from Dominos again.

first time here and they gave a good first impression. Trenton, who was making the pizzas realised he made a small mistake without me even seeing the pizza and offered to remake. that sticks with me, things happen. friendly people! My new favorite dominos.

We ordered a 6 cheese pizza with ham bacon and pineapple, well done. They repeated it back. Somehow the ham was lost in the order? The pizza we received was not well done, it only had mozzarella with a little bit of cheddar, hardly any bacon, no ham, and absolutely smothered in pineapples. This is ridiculous and almost inedible due to soggy-ness. Extremely poor service.
