I ordered two large beef hand toss and Alfredo pasta for delivery while i was at work. The pasta container was slacking. I was very disappointed in what I had received. If I wasn’t at work, I would have taken it back.

I ordered 3 pizzas: 1 medium pepperoni, 1 medium cheese, and 1 medium thin crust with veggies. All pizzas were almost cold when they arrived (I’m 4 minutes down the road). The pepperoni was abominable, literally the worst bite of pizza I have ever put in my mouth. The pepperoni smelled funky and tasted so gross I instantly spit it out. My son also complained about the smell and taste, we ended up throwing the pizza away. The cheese was cold but edible and the thin crust was decent. The pepperoni pizza was so gross I am certain we would have been sick if we actually ate any of it, and didn’t spit out the bites we took.

The people working here make the difference. The automated ordering is not so great since I have never been able to get them to get it correct. I show up at the store, order, and it is usually ready in a little more than 10 minutes. Three of the people working there know my order by heart and always do it perfectly! Some of the employees have changed with time, but they still are maintaining the high standards!

Would’ve been a one star, but was able to “go out of my way” to get my CORRECT pizza. Ordered curbside pickup – Extra Cheese medium pizza, BACON and pineapple medium pizza, 8 count BBQ chicken. Well, after waiting 8 minutes past two minute guarantee, staff marked order as complete, per tracker – I guess so it didn’t count against them. Get home, cheese pizza WAY overcooked, bacon pizza instead had HAM and WAY overcooked. Bbq chicken had sauce mainly in the middle of the box.

The person who answered my call couldn’t tell what I was saying because I was sick and so they just hung up. When I called back I got placed on hold that never ended. I didn’t feel like cooking so I was gonna order pizza and it kinda pissed me off how poor the customer service was

Pizza was oddly cold. Not like you had a pizza and refrigerated it, but like they cooked the dough then added cold sauce and toppings. Worst pizza ever! Domino’s is usually consistent but this one was awful. Hope we don’t get sick
