Forgot our drink, said they’ll send a driver out with another one, never came.. foods burnt… paid for a ranch dressing and an icing for the dessert and didn’t receive those either. Horrible

Not sure if it’s often but I order pizza from here and it was LITERALLY like cardboard, when I called to get another the manager had an attitude, (of course ) trying to lecture me about how they’re pizzas come out the exact same way every single time one is made. I’m not sure how that’s possible, when my pizza was closer to the box it came in than edible food.

Quality and service of this location has slowly been degrading in the past year. Been here 12+ years and it’s always been on point from the timing to the quality to the service. Last 3 times the timing is off, they also for some reason recently always have a change problem so you dont get change, not a big deal once but if this is happening every time, the change stacks, it’s kind of absurd when you consider ths is Dominos…

I have ordered garlic bites on 3 different occasions and every time they don’t bring my marinara sauce. Plus I pay to get extra. Last night I called back to get them to bring it back out to me. They said it was going to be 2 hours. I never received my marinara sauce. They won’t be getting any more of my business.

My family and I eat here regularly at least 1-2 times a month. I rarely have any issues and if I do they always fix it with no issue. Everyone has always been friendly to me.

First off my order was “quality checked at 8:05” I say that in quotations because she didn’t even out the garlic in my crust. My food didn’t arrive until over an hour later and it was cold. Plus the driver forgot my drink and my sauces, just for the driver to say I’ll be back with your drink in 4-5 minutes just for him to never come back. I called the store just for someone to pick up and immediately put me on hold. I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes just for someone to pick up, I ask for a manager just to be put back on hold and no one comes back. I go up to the store and the manager is very nonchalant and I tell him what happened just for him to say “well what do you want me to” this is the worst store in this area. Both the Graham and Burlington locations are trash but this one is bottom of the barrel matter of fact toilet water. No matter how many times I’ve complained nothing gets done so I’ll just stop ordering dominos all together

This place is terrible. It took an hour and a half for our pizza to be delivered, even though we live like 10 minutes away from the store. Then delivery driver appeared to be under the influence of something, which could partly explain the lateness in the delivery. When we contacted the manager, we were told that there was nothing she could do outside of making us a new pizza. Now why in the hell would we want to wait another hour and a half for another cold pizza? We wanted our money back since we didn’t get anything the way we ordered it. Terrible customer service and I would give a zero if it was possible. Will never be ordering from here again, and neither should anyone else.

I will never go back here came in to order an older man was taking my order he had his finger up by my face telling me to hold on. And that I needed to hold on if I wanted the deals I ask for ranch he says I told you to hold on…. He says I can’t give u the deal unless you hold on raising his voice at this point I turned around and walked out sad part I was gonna give him a nice tip I went up to Pizza Hut and had wonderful customer service needless to say the young man had a 20$ tip
