Fast food is just not what it used to be. I ordered the pasta and it was really dry with not enough sauce, meat nor cheese. This is one of my favorite dishes from Domino’s. Such a disappointment.

this place is so bad. I ordered two pizzas, they gave me one but charged me extra? and they didnt even get me my order right. I went here so many times and its almost every time. I tried to give them a chance but they never came close enough to getting any of my orders correctly. I even asked them and said this isn’t what i asked for and they didnt do nothing about it. 1/5 lame. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT AND MAYBE YALL WOULD FLOP

The so called mgr Kaylee on Java Dr. in Burlington is the absolute worst. If you hate your job I suggest you find another one!!!! If I could give negative stars that’s exactly what they would get!!!!!

I have ordered from this location multiple times. Never had great service and tonight is no different. Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:48 PM and at 7:01 PM their tracker stated it entered quality check with Jessica. At 7:40 I called the location and it rang off the hook (never a good sign).

I came to pick up my online order and for some reason there was no sauce on my order when i tried to explain that to Kaylee she cut me off while I was explaining to her woukd not allow me to get a word out then what happened she then advised me that’s what you chose on line and made me feel like I had to take the pizza when I tried to get a manager she told me she was the manager. When I tried to get help from the other staff they were scared to stand up for the way she was treating me they other staff told me she is the manager and they have to do what she says and Kaylee advised me to get out and she was screaming very loud to get out! get out!and embarrassing me she was very disrespectful and she refused to help with my order i asked for corporates number she told me to go on google and find it yourself and told me to get out. All she had to do was fix the pizza and be more understanding of my concerns. I have been visiting dominos for 25 years or more and never experienced the treatment with a manager and the staff like Kaylee and her scared staff did last night very disappointing. Will never recommend this location ever ! I really hope management cares and takes the time to really address the situation and scenario with the staff and the professional way to treat your customers professionally I am a dedicated and well respected healthcare worker and no one should be belittled like I was last night very disappointed! This experience could’ve been prevented!

Just ordered a pizza after a long stressful day at work at 11:00pm and I got home after to realize that the pizza was cut into ONLY 4 slices! This is truly unacceptable because I have never experienced pizza in such a manner where it was not cut all the way through. If my pizza will be cut like this everytime I order from Dominoes at least give me a pizza cutter to go along with it !!
