Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Using the tracker it said it was delivered but wasn’t. Went outside and looked all around, nothing was here so called store. Finally got thru to someone and was told driver was in an accident and someone else would bring it. Twenty minutes later a driver showed up and below is what I received. The thin crust pizza was thrown all over the box and burned. Husband called store, was put on hold for twenty minutes, no one answered. This is absolutely the worst store. Have had a few bad experiences with this location but this is the worst. Would rather drive to a different location and pick it up, will never order from here again.

This store is horrible. Food is always late (shows delivered but doesn’t come for another 15 minutes) and cold. I called to report cold food, the phone rang for minutes, was asked to continue to hold when someone finally answered the phone. After an already bad experience my response was, if I have too. This person attempted to hang up on me but didn’t. I could hear him and a woman, who turned out to be the manager, Margaret, laughing and mocking the fact he thought he hung up on me. I held the line in hopes it was recorded as they claimed, then called back and asked for the manager. No apology was given. I was told the person who answered the phone wasn’t an employee but a “regular” customer. Then rudetasked if I wanted to place an order or not. This store is absolutely ridiculous!

I’m very pleased. I’ve never had food delivered (always lived where it wasn’t available), so this was a novel experience for me. Domonique is a very considerate driver who listened to my instructions (I didn’t want to upset my sick dog) and my pizza was perfect and hot. Will order again next time I want a pizza.

Cold food both times I’ve ordered in the last week or so, the tracker is not correct at all along with their delivery times.look forward to a 1 hour and half wait and that’s if you’re lucky. Forgot both sauces for my food.

Deserves 0 stars customer service is trash. I NEVER order dominos and I will say SAVE YOUR MONEY. I usually go to papa John’s, but decided I wanted an oven baked sandwich. The dominos tracker said 1hr I ordered at 7:13pm. I patiently waited until 8:25pm and called the store because it had now been a hour and 12 mins, the tracker still wasn’t updated at all. I call the store and the “GM” stated that my order just came out the oven and they only had one delivery driver. I asked would I be compensated because it sounds like I will not receive my order until 9pm (bedtime at this point, it’s Sunday, I’d hate to imagine this store on a Friday or Saturday) she said “there’s nothing I can do” I asked was there someone else I could speak to at that time she notified me she is the GM. I told her okay well how do I file a complaint because you guys are not notifying your customers that it will take 2 hrs to receive a delivery. She said they are a franchise. So I asked to have the owner call me back because this is unacceptable (not to mention her attitude from the beginning was disgusting which in turn caused me to raise my voice at her because there is absolutely NO customer service skills) and she stated the owner doesn’t call people back so I asked how do I file a complaint, she said fill out the survey. And multiple times she cut me off and asked did I still want the order (obviously if I’ve already waited over a hour) and in the end she hung up on me after I said yes I still want my order. I will NEVER order from this store again. Save your time AND money!!!

Get your employees an attitude check. Adriannah or whoever her name is is a complete a$$hole & they’d rather cancel your order than figure out where your delivery (that you ordered over 2 hrs ago) is located. I’m not eating cold pizza that’s disgusting & will definitely never order from this store again. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this store. The delivery driver entered my neighborhood 40 mins ago but has been at the same house for the last 40 mins??? Not to mention they can’t read. The store has a contactless delivery policy but will stand outside your door until you come get it from them. This place & their employees are a JOKE.
