Each of the associates whom I have dealt with at the Country Club Road location in Winston-Salem, are always very helpful and upbeat and treat me like they have known me forever. The team at this location has always gone above and beyond. And it’s for that reason that I drive out of my way to pick up from this store since I am out of their delivery area, and I don’t mind the drive at all the service and the food is always on point…. 5 stars for sure.

I used to make fun of Domino’s Pizza. However, in the last few years as they have changed their menu, they’re ordering process, their app, their rewards program, and their process, they have won me over. They make a decent piece of pizza, have amazing herb covered crust, great wings, salads, drinks, and desserts. Check out their app for coupons and savings and even earn a free pizza. No dine in at this location, but they have ♿ handicap accessible parking.

I ordered 2 pizzas, and both were burned. I have gotten pizzas from there before and it was good but this time I was very disappointed. I didn’t look at them because I was on my way to a meeting that I took them to, and you can imagine how embarrassed I was.

Pizza quality is not consistent but workers and drivers are always prompt and very polite. Dominos has a good atmosphere overall and very reasonable prices. Preferred to Papa John’s based on recent experiences.

Came in 30 mins which was no big deal I thought timing was great but I paid almost $10 for one chicken tender to be cutt up into tiny pieces and I asked for no cheese or anything and still received all of that but double! And very tiny portions for their pastas!

Apparently the “portions required” and ingredients are to float in butter and grease and load with salt. There is so much potential with their product if cooked better. Portions on sandwich is ridiculous thin. They are very defensive & narrow minded to constructive criticism. It’s a shame because I’d love to order more often. They do well on the new Apple dip and fair on the pizzas. I seem to have bad luck with this location.
