Very rude! My food was ready when I came to the store and I was ignored inside for nearly 10 minutes while I could see my boxed pizzas getting cold. Multiple times I asked any of the 4 people working to just hand my food to me. The only lady that would acknowledge my existence snapped and me twice and said I would have to wait. Uh, I had been waiting. They continued on making other pizzas and ignoring. Then finally got mine set it on the counter and walked away. No thank you, no sorry for wait. We used to eat here a lot. Never again.

Let’s start by saying I have ordered from this restaurant numerous times. My family and I love it because they are very speedy. But on this particular day on Sunday, I ordered pizza for my family that night for dinner. When we got done eating, I noticed that a dead fly was on the box from where they put the 2 boxes on top of each other. Well, that grossed me out. I called the restaurant to report it, and the young lady Addy had an attitude with me asking, “So what do you want a refund?” I started back if that’s what you guys do for this situation. The young lady over talked me before I could finish my statement, “I don’t really want a refund. I just wanted you to be aware of the situation.” She hung up the phone as soon as she said we’ll send you a refund. I didn’t feel like this was professional. Plus, I’m still waiting for my refund back.

I’m not sure if the people working here just do not care at this point, but my last two orders have been terrible from this location. I ordered delivery about 2 weeks ago and NONE of the sauces that came it or the extra paid for where included. I chased down the delivery guy before he pulled off and he blatantly lied, saying there were there and they were not. Today, my pizza looks like a child put it together…it was very off-centered with the cuts and barely cut all the way through. At this point, all I can say is that this is my last time ordering from this location. Their food used to be so great. Better off going too the Country Club location, never had any issues with them.

This Domino’s is one of three near me. I will go to another one if they get my order wrong one more time. Twice I have asked for my pizza pie cut and they cut it in those little pieces. I do not like that. They should not offer pie cut on line if they are not going to do it.

Was on the phone on hold for 13 mins driving there. Once I got there, there was about 10 team members standing around. Not one could answer phone but as soon as I walk in they come to counter and answered another caller. Got food ordered and the one making it messed up one of my sandwiches. When I told them had to wait for another to be fixed and they didn’t do anything. Was not very satisfied with how the service was.

Ordered curbside. Pull in and I’m the only car in the parking lot and they can clearly see me through the plate glass windows out front. No one bothered to bring our food curbside so it was just sitting there while they are laying over the counter, chatting, etc. Then when I go in they are shocked their buzzer thing never told them to bring it out to me. Wings were soggy.

Don’t know who’s running the system out there at the site but had clear proof our address was correct in the app but wrong on the receipt , driver went to next door , called my wife with a little bit of attitude due to someone’s else’s error. Upon greeting at the door proceeded to have set attitude , wife politely apologized and was greeted with very dismissive approach. NOT TO MENTION , looks like the pizza went off roading. Last time ordering.
