This is the worst quality control in the universe.. Pizza is always inconsistently cooked.. I only order from here because the country club store won’t deliver here..and you can’t order carry out after a certain time, but tonight was more than Terrible. Completely unedible. Uncooked and still delivered. Whoever sent this out should be fired. I called back to get it remade, but they said the oven just broke, but wasn’t broken when I ordered. The guy on phone blamed delivery driver, Kyle, for taking the food out too soon. Don’t ever order from here. You might get a decent pizza 1 time out of 100.

This is the worst pizza place ever!!! I ordered $50 worth of food to have it delivered across the street. When I called the store they did not care! Thr manager hung up on me and refused to give me her name or any one is charrge!! Do not order from them. This is not the 1st time they gave messed up. Worst pizza place ever! Called to order at 420pm placed on hold. I finally drove there, still on hold after almost 20 minutes! They were not that busy, no customers inside! I told them,he was like we are pretty busy! Just wanted a thin crust pepperoni, said it would be another 20 minutes. Obviously this now has me running late!

The pizza we actually ordered was destroyed, I’m not even sure if it’s all in there. The other pizza wasn’t destroyed but instead of a hand tossed Buffalo Chicken it was another thin crust pepperoni. The most frustrating part is when I tried calling the store twice I was immediately placed on hold before I could get a word in. They never came back to the phone in the 15 minutes I waited both times. None of the sauces that are an extra charge either. So glad you get the convenience of having to tip in advance.

Anytime I try to place an order 45 – 30 minutes before close, they either make up some excuse for why they can’t accept my order like, “were actually out of hand tossed pizza” “were out of pan pizza as well” or “our delivery driver is having car trouble so were not accepting orders” and if they do accept it my pizza is almost completely raw and i have to put it in the oven. I understand it’s close to closing time, but I get off work at 11pm and it’s usually the only place still open.

I can’t believe corporate or regional Dominos allows this place to carry on the way they are with customer service. Horrible communication skills, no apologies or explanation for their errors in delivery. They need a complete retraining from the regional office. I have ordered from them a lot but this will be the last time. I have always given them the benefit of doubt but when I order over $75 worth of their pizza I would hope to be dealt with in a friendly and at least professional way. I hope the entity that owns this branch actually reads some of these reviews and at least checks up on this location. Brutal experience.

I have ordered pizza from this location several times and have always received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. I use the Domino’s app to place my order and their app is so easy to navigate.I love it! The pizza is always nice and hot as well. Their curbside pickup is useful and I always get my pizza within 2-5 minutes when using this pickup option. Definitely recommend!
