It toke a hour 35 minutes for 2 pizza’s to make there way a mile away from me. The pizza doesn’t taste the same and it was dry. It was barely warm and I know they sat for that whole time till they got to us. If you only have one driver then maybe you should let customers know that order. Maybe close up if you have everyone calling off. We didn’t get a discount or anything for this issue. I can watch a movie, go to the grocery story and get a shower before there here. But main thin is there pizza is not the same taste at all….I would like a refund and I will not ever order there again.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas. They guy taking the order had a very hard time with the computer so hopefully my order is correct. One of the guys in the line started my pizza and this other guy told him NO cuz he had an order firv20 pizzas. He barked ant the guy making my pizza and said I’m the boss so do what I say. I asked him “ why didn’t your tell me that before I paid for my order. Now I have to wait 35-45 minutes for my order. I told him I would have gone somewhere else. He was very rude for being the boss. So much for customer service. I won’t be back!!!

I typically have zero issues with this location. My star rating isn’t for the store or the staff per say but the system. Today Our pizzas sat in the Quality Check, which I assume is the heat lamps, for an hour. I mean who wants to eat pizza that has dried out under heat lamps for an hour. I hope the owner sees this and figures out some sort of system to combat this. There were 15 other orders BEHIND me!!! That’s crazy to be that far behind and to keep taking orders. Anyway the staff was very friendly when we called to see what was happening as well was the driver when he finally was able to get to us.

Their pizzas are never consistent as far as the amount of toppings, which they skimp on. I specifically ordered their $7.99 3-topping pizza and told them that they did not put enough tomatoes on it last time so this time around they charged me for an extra tomato topping. When I complained that I had ordered a 3-topping (and not a 4-topping) pizza they would not adjust the price. The manager’s only remedy was to make me wait 15 additional minutes for a new pizza which they would not have capable of getting right. Very, very poor customer service even by Moundsville’s lack of standards. One expects consistent quality and at least good customer service. At the Moundsville Domino’s you get neither. The one thing that they do do consistently is get nothing but 1 out of 5 star Yelp reviews.
