My favorite domino’s! The food is always hot & fresh. The people who deliver the food are always nice. I love how custom you can order your stuff, I’m picky and always get onions removed from food items. At other places when you ask for a certain thing to be removed they’ll forget. That hasn’t happened to me at this dominos.

We all understand folks are short staffed and wait times are longer…however, to refuse service while still open on a holiday weekend is not acceptable. We called for take out (not delivery). Only wanted cheesy bread. That’s it. We were told they were too backed up to accept orders to call back in 30 minutes. How many more were told to call back in 30 minutes? Why not take my order and let me know it will be a little longer for it to be done?

This is the slowest Dominos I’ve ever been to. Waited about 30-40 mins just for two sandwiches and stuffed cheese bread. Talking about “sorry we are backed up” wouldn’t be backed up if people there moved faster. Asked for Banana Peppers on my sandwich, didn’t get those. Also, had to wait for them to remake my other sandwich cause they made the wrong thing and didn’t even tell me about it.

Great job. No one came to work. Girl did it all alone. I hope management rewards her now 7 months later called to order. They told me no order taken until 1hr later. I now they busy in the pm but they should have asked?. If I wanted to place order and pick it up a hr from now.. BAD PR. I’ll go elsewhere

Our first time trying Domino’s Pizza what a great experience! We ordered everything we wanted and the price was good everything was cooked perfect it was hot and fresh and the staff was very nice. Will be a once a week dinner option for sure . The only complaint is a corporate one the amount of apple dip.

For the most part this location has “okay” service. I’d say 80% of the time our food is cooked thoroughly, we’ve had multiple instances where our desserts or even our pizza was very under cooked. This restaurant closes at MIDNIGHT and we’ve had at least three times in the last 4 months where they’ve denied our order at 10:30pm citing ridiculous claims that their driver has suffered some convenient misfortune so they won’t have to take an extra order. I have the voicemails as proof of these claims. The store is ran by children with beards essentially that want to get off early so they take it upon themselves to stop taking orders an HOUR AND A HALF before closing. There are one or two drivers that are super professional and friendly! We do appreciate them, but the others make ordering from this restaurant a difficult choice.

Normally I don’t have a bad experience at this particular Domino’s but my friend and I ordered last night and got a bad reaction to a simple question. My friend made the order online and knew she put a pizza in her cart, but when she ordered the pizza it didn’t go through and we never received a pizza. Of course that’s expected and didn’t blame the person who made the pizza for not making it when it didn’t go through. We called this store asking why we never received the pizza and when we realized it didn’t go through, asked what we should do next because it didn’t go through. We knew it was a website issue not hers. We discovered this was a General Manager btw and she went off when we asked. She kept blaming us that we didn’t order the pizza, that she didn’t receive it on her screen so she wasn’t giving us the pizza for free, the website wouldn’t make that mistake, etc. We were not rude with her from the start but she was super defensive and super rude from the jump. We just wanted to know what to do about the website not taking the pizza on the order. She was just really rude for no reason and I understand being frustrated but it’s not an excuse to go off on customers that weren’t being rude or hostile with you to begin with. We were even more disappointed to find out that this woman was a general manager and it’s embarrassing that she talks to customers that way. She needs to do better. We just wanted help/asking a simple question about what to do when the website messes up. Definitely feel bad for her employees if she talks to her customers that way.
