Chance made my order exactly how I selected online but somehow I accidentally said no cheese. When I checked before I left, I was In shock at how it looked because of no cheese…he immediately offered to remake it with cheese and it was delicious. Thanks for a good experience

They get a 1 star from me just based off their attitudes & professionalism. i placed an order online and somehow my order was wrong but I will take responsibility for that cause even though I know I ordered the cheese sticks. So anyway I called dominos and told them I wanted the cheese sticks. I ordered the 5 cheese dip because of the cheese sticks well instead of the man putting in my order he just hangs up on me! & Then I called back to let them know they have a rude employee hanging up on people when I’m only trying to place and order and he wants to get smart so I told them I will JEVER order from them again. I don’t typically complain or ever write negative reviews, but this store needs help or something. The times I’ve attempted to order/ have ordered from them have not been pleasant. The first time I ordered there was a glitch in their system and my money was taken from my account, but my order was not showing up on their computers. When I called to attempt to fix the problem, I got absolutely nowhere. That included being on hold for 10 minutes, having the call dropped, and then calling back only to find out the manager was still unavailable and in the bathroom according to the employee I spoke with. The second time I ordered, my food came pretty late. And last but not least, the third (and probably final time I’ll ever order) was when I ordered a pasta bowl. I received some sort of pasta bread bowl concoction that didn’t even have the toppings I asked for on it. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes for the order to come and I live maybe 5 minutes from the store. When I finally received my correct pasta bowl over an hour after I originally placed my order, the driver informed me that this was the THIRD attempt at my order and that they had tried to remake my order with yet another bread bowl.

Ordered my food online, and it took over an hour to get to my job. I work right down the street. Called to ask where my food was and was told to replace the order. It charged me twice. I called back and was told to come to the store and my food would be made in front of me. 2 minutes after I got to the store my coworker texts me saying that it just showed up. They tell me they will cancel the second order and that next time I order it will be free. The driver assured me that the food was fresh. When I return to my job and look at the food it was not fresh. My order had been made an hour ago and was sitting underneath the heater the whole time. I use to work at domino’s, I know what fresh food looks like. They should’ve gave me my money back. The store is full of idiots. I wish I could give them zero stars. First off Dominos has streamlined online ordering. In fact I probably never will order from inside the store. But with that being said when I do visit the store for a pick-up the inside is clean. The associates always greet me like Norm from Cheers. The employees are always busy too working on orders and prepping which is nice to see. No one standing around or messing with their phones. My order is always hot and cooked to perfection. Plus it never costs much money making the entire process worth it. Love this location and its staff. Keep up the good work.
