I wanted a personal pan, they don’t have those. I was going to order a small but asked how much for a medium it was only a dollar something more so I got that. After ordering that I noticed a small sign that read I could have added 16 chicken wings bites and a 2 liter for $4.99 more ….. Why didn’t the guy tell me this I asked? He was the only one in there. He just said “Yea you could have added that.” Then I notice the manager special is a large 5 topping for $10.99 and say “manager special is only $11.00?” He proceeds to say it’s $10.99

Update: For what it’s worth the day manager met me when I came back the next day requesting a full refund and honored the request with no questions asked. He apologized and said there were a number or horrible problems the night before with his staff that should have never happened. I was impressed with his professionalism and fast handling of the situation. I’ve already given them another chance and was pleased. The manager is going places, he deserves a promotion.

BEWARE…YOU WILL NEVER GET EXTRA CHEESE on your pizza when you order it!!! I have endured countless DRY THIN CRUST in a row,and I even called to tell them to make sure it had EXTRA cheese. It was a waste of time! Pizza is Always Dry,no moisture. We have to add cheese on it and its still like a saltine cracker. This was once a 5 star Dominos,and you got what you paid for. Now you are LUCKY if it even resembles the pizza you used to get. If you eat here buy extra ingredients before you pick it up. At least then …it won’t end up in the trash.

I ordered pasta and a sandwich, the sandwich was fine but they brought me the wrong pasta, so I called the store and they treated it like a priority. The employee who answered the phone was kind and understanding, and quickly got me to a manager about the situation. The manager apologized profusely and offered to make me another pasta herself! Although a mistake was made (nobody is perfect!) they went through great lengths to correct it and the customer service I received was amazing! Customer complaints can be a headache, but these guys handled it politely and professionally. Great work team!
