The worst dominos in this area, food takes over an hour to come and my order is completely wrong. I have to sit on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a manager for her to tell me I need to call the next day for a refund due to their policy. I call the next day I get instaplaced on hold 3 times in a row for 10 minutes each so I give up. Im currently on hold with corporate to attempt to get my refund. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, this is the 3rd time, this store is why I don’t order from dominos ever because every single time I do the wait times are insane as well as the order is just wrong. They need to have a complete turnover of the current employees there because I understand orders being late, but once the order is completely wrong and burnt AS WELL as late then I draw the line because this is absolutely ridiculous. I work in customer service and am extremely understanding when it comes to fast food, but once I can tell that the workers don’t care about anything being correct then atp you need new workers. I’d give zero stars if I could because they don’t even deserve one.

My daughter previously had a bad experience getting an order corrected, she spoke with a rude, white male, manager who was no help! Brandon happily fixed the issue for them, ordering today I spoke with Brandon and he has great customer service and was very pleasant! I told him about her previous bad experience, he was very helpful! Maybe he should be considered for management! Thanks brandon!

I came in the other night to get some cheesy bread and a veggie pizza. Shianna took my order and was very pleasant. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed a situation with one of the employees talking back to Shianna simply because she had asked them to wash some dishes… the employee got loud and said some wild remarks and then ended up walking out on the shift. I was extremely impressed with the way Shianna handled the situation and remained respectful and calm despite the employees ridiculous behavior and leaving the team short staffed. If Dominoes had a manager of the month award, I would nominate Shianna 100% (I got my pizza and bread in a timely manner, too!)

Typically their service is good but tonight my food arrived an hour late and cold. I was on hold several times and the guy just hung up after 30mins of wait time. I called back and no one came to the phone again after an hour of hold time. I’m very disappointed in this store tonight.

It has been over a year since we last ordered from this location. This was due to several consecutive orders always having issues. Either no one ever showed up to deliver or thr order was wrong, or hours late. Today’s experience. A pizza was left off the order. The driver went back to get it. I called 40 minutes later to be told the pizza was going in the oven now. 20 minutes later it finally arrived. Never again, this location just can not seem to get its business together.

By far the worst dominoes I have ever encountered. I have dealt with placing an order for delivery and finding out over an hour later that they only have 1 driver working. Takes over an hour for pickup even though it says 15 to 20 minutes online. And each time it’s because there is only one person working in the store. They need more workers on need to close this location so we can get delivery from another store.
