Honestly astounded at this place. It’s usually pretty good at delivery and quality, but this was ridiculous. We order to have food delivered an hour in advance. Watching the tracker, pizza was done 15 minutes in advance. Ok cool. We’re just a couple of blocks away, so it should be here soon. Get the notification that it’s on it’s way. 20 minutes later, pizza arrives and it’s in this jumbled mess and cold. I called to complain and not only did she not give a damn, she tried making excuses. Saying it left as soon as it was out of the oven.

I can’t say enough great things about my Domino’s on LaSalle Ave in Hampton, Virginia. They are the Masters of the game. They make sure that My food is ALWAYS delicious , hot, fast, fresh and damn near beautiful. Lol! I love them. I call and tell them often. This location serves the best of the best. I’m moving soon but the LaSalle Ave. location will ALWAYS be my choice.

I ordered a pizza and wings at 11:43 , and received my order after 1:30 am. After the Guy on the phone told me my order will be here at 12:30 at the latest and then he kept adding time to my order. Also my first time ordering from this location and will not be ordering again very disappointed

They burnt my food then I call to get it replaced they tell me I’m calling the wrong store I called three other stores none of them had my order I go to look at my receipt in my online ordered it clearly states that I was calling the right place not only was the person massively rude he lied to me then told me that there was nothing he was going to do and or was willing to do and personally whoever hired that person needs to fire him because he was absolutely in every which Way poor so not only do I have to eat burnt food I got lied to n disrespected

I ordered my food online. When I arrived to pick up my food they told me that they did not have my order. I left to go to another domino’s but something said check my email. I checked my email and of course I was in the right place. When I went back into the store they told me that they gave my food to the delivery driver and would make me food again. They never apologize or made any attempt to rectify the inconvenience… they did not care that they wasted my time or that I drove back and forth in the rain. This was by far the worst experience with domino’s. While I sat here waiting for my food, I watched them botch 2 other orders by forgetting to add purchased items to the ppl bag. I do not recommend this location.

MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I’ve only ever ordered from the LaSalle location twice. The first time, I was babysitting and placed a delivery order for two pepperoni pizzas. An hour later, with no update on the app, I call the store and they tell me that it’s going to be at least two more hours until delivery and that they can’t refund/cancel my order. Kids were fed, bathed and in bed before the order arrived. Oh, and the SUPREME pizzas I didn’t order were already cold. 6 months later I decided to give the place a 2nd chance and the same thing happened again. 45 minutes with no update on the app, so I called and they tell me it’s going to be at least another hour. No compensation, no apology. Highly disappointed.

I’d like to give a zero. If you are so backed up that an already paid customer has to wait 2 to 3 hours for their pizza, you should warn them prior to taking their money. I am hungry as heck, having to go out in the rain at 10pm to get food. You don’t leave people hungry. That is a no no. And my refund will probably take 10 business days. This is bad.

“Emily began prepping my order at 7:16” with 45 minutes until my order would be delivered. I checked at 8pm and it said they were still prepping. I called at 8:20 got put on hold, and hung up on before they answered. Called again at 8:55, put on hold again, got someone this time who told me my order would be another 45 minutes to an hour.
