We ordered a pizza that was delivered As if it had been dropped. There was no bacon on the pizza as you can see. The Receipt clearly says that we did order bacon on the pizza… the parmesan bites were so dry and hard… No effort to rectify was made. Terrible Customer Service.

Placed a delivery order onto NOB and I never received it. I called once every hour and finally after the 4th hour I cancelled. Each phone call I was told either “it’s in the oven” or just give it 20 more minutes. Two times I was hung up on by the employees. Literally my worst experience ever with a pizza place

Always a poor experience ordering from this location. Place is poorly staffed, and staff look sloppy. They always mess up our online orders. Last time ordered stuff online, the tracker said the order is ready for pick up. Went into the store just to find out none of the staff are tracking on the order and were told to wait additional 15min for it to get done. This is the worst Domino’s I’ve been to, to be honest.

The wings are gooey, it doesn’t taste like real chicken. The pizza was good… but the wings, I threw them out immediately! I found a BUG in my food! Also the delivery drive pressed me for a tip. Smh I’m over these delivery services near base, I’m going to probably just start cooking at home at this point! I don’t want to eat big pizza.

It is a very professional place, the employees are so friendly and so are their job with a smile. I wish they could receive tips in store. They deserve it. I don’t see why they can’t receive tips. I wanted to so badly tip because those employees actually look like they want to be there.

I would definitely not order anything from this address. Waited for hour for pizza to be delivered when they said 45 minutes. Called them and they were rude and tried to lie about why it wasn’t delivered. Finally the confessed to not even making it yet. I will be calling dominos headquarters and filing a formal complaint on Monday. This is unprofessional.

The only reason I gave three stars is because of the hard work of the one employee named Ashley. There were only two employees. The gentleman who did absolutely nothing but walk around in slow . He greeted no guess help none of us that were present while Ashley was working you did manage to pull out 2 pizza. But Stop Ashley from helping the other customers that were present asking her for help to cut the pizza. She professionally and very tactfully acts to be excused to step up and help her coworker who did absolutely nothing but playing a phone and look at things. I was so annoyed that I almost asked for a refund and said some very unlike things to his work ethic. I don’t know what he had going on today but it displayed in his attitude toward his job. I overheard her talking to another person saying this is her third store that she was at today and unfortunately it’s people like her co-workers that are given the franchises a bad name. if I ever order from this place again it’ll be too soon because he’s trash but I’ll definitely consider it again because Ashley’s professionalism and hard work her drive was amazing willingnes to step up her game and do it needed to be done despite her coworker not helping her or the other customers Shout out to Ashley

They took almost an hour to get out stuff and the cashier didn’t even give us the right stuff. we ordered the cheese pan and bread twists and he only charged us for the cheese pan. also got a deluxe and there’s like maybe two mushrooms on there.

Ordered around 4:30 and didn’t get my food till around 7. The delivery driver continued to go in the opposite direction to deliver other orders even when they were around the corner from me. I usually love dominos but this is ridiculous.
