I have not had a good experience ordering at the Domino’s on Walmart Way. They consistently get my order wrong although I use the app and usually call to confirm my order. They messed up again tonight although a very nice team member Mary helped to rectify the problem. The pizza was good and once they got my jalapeno bread correct it was very good too.

This store conveniently chooses when it delivers to my address. I just received a delivery on Wednesday 4/19 following an online order. I received an email today Sat 4/22 that we had earned a free pizza and so I placed another online order for delivery to redeem it. Then I receive a call from the store indicating that they don’t deliver to my area. This has happened on several occasions since I moved to this area. This store will deliver one day (and we all know if the address was out of range we could not place the order in the first place), and then if they are too busy or just don’t feel like it or WHATEVER the reason could be, they call and say they don’t deliver to my area – which is less than 4 miles from the store by the way. I work pretty close to this location and often forget to eat before a long shift. When my budget (and digestive system) allow, I sometimes order from here. I don’t know what the cooks/staff here do differently than other Domino’s locations, but my food is always hot, extra cheesy, and made perfectly in comparison to other locations. Every single staff member is helpful, kind, and provide excellent customer service. Y’all are awesome

I am a big fan of Dominos but the previous manager/crew were so bad (average of 2 hours on a slow day, canceling orders at the last minute after waiting an hour.. etc… etc…) I knew something had to change. So I hadnt ordered in almost a year or more. About a month ago I gave them a shot one more time and WOW something changed. I have ordered 5 times over the last month (probably more) and the food was hot and fresh and got here within 30-50 min. Which as I am just under 2 miles should have never been a problem. Glad to see they finally did something to make thier employees care. My drivers have not only been fast. They have been cheerful and professional. Good Employees that reflect a positive attitude comes from within the store. Keep it up guys.. ! So glad they are back.

It never fails… either the order is wrong, the pizza is burnt, my order takes an hour and half to get here or something isn’t cooked all the way through.. its always something. Ill start paying a little bit more and order from somewhere else

I’ve tried to give this location a fair chance. I’ve ordered multiple times from them (mostly online) and the past 5 orders have had issues. The most recent 3 involved the pizza being delivered 1-2 hours later than the given time, with no apologies or offers to make up for it. For about 3 months nobody would pick up the phone, and a delivery driver even told me they don’t bother to try in the store. I don’t know whether the problem is the staff, management, or corporate, but this location can’t get it together. The last time I ordered, it was 2 hours late and my wife and I ended up returning with fast food at the same time the delivery driver arrived.
