I called the orange, va store because the online wasn’t going thru. I was connected with the manager, told her what happened online, and she took my order over the phone, paid by cc, requested curbside delivery. She asked the color of my car- I told her color , make and model. I asked about how long it would be. She said 15-20 minutes and someone will bring it out. 40 minutes passed so my husband walked in. At that time, a suv pulled in by us, and 2 minutes later a Domino’s employee brought their order to their vehical. My husband came out saying first they couldn’t find our order! Asked him what we ordered and what name it was under. He had to repeat it 3 times in a row. They found the pizza under the stack of pizzas on the rack.

just got my order and they gave me the wrong wings TWICE now. Tried to call and they hung up on us immediately. Now we emailed dominos to see if they can fix this or not. Money isn’t cheap bro, don’t know what’s going on with yall lately.

They used to be great, but now, horrible. I placed an order online, got my confirmation. Called later on to see if they could update the time to 15 min earlier. They said, sure. Then when hubby arrived for pickup, they had no idea what he was talking about. They had to look up the order. He told them he’d run to the store and return in 15 min. When he came back, they hadn’t even started the order yet. He told them to cancel, then he grabbed some frozen pizzas from the store. What a nightmare.

The review below is false I was the one who answered his call no I didn’t laugh. He had asked for 3 free pizzas coupons and I attempted to contact him 3 times in whitch he forwarded my call after 4 rings the 1st time, 3 rings the 2nd time and 2 ring the 3rd. I waited for 15 minutes and had returned to the store at 7pm he had made the call to our store at 7:24pm there is no way he waited for 45 minutes.

I usually order online was a month as a spoil for myself. It’s not a lot, but it’s a treat I can afford for myself. Tonight, the app was not working. After building the same pizza 5x, I finally called to order, I’m on a tight budget, so the only way I can afford a pizza is using the offered coupons. When I asked for the coupon offered online, I was told that I could not get the coupon offered on the app because, get this, “the register doesn’t have a button for that anymore.” Wow. So they wanted an extra $10 for the same dang pizza because the dominos app wasn’t working. The store would not honor there own deal despite the malfunction being an issue on Dominos end. Pizza carryout should not cost $20 and if YOUR tech is glitchy or broken, PLEASE HONOR YOUR DEALS!! Absolutely awful customer service by the staff and the manager.

I was told that our pizza was ready when I did my online order and went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our pizza. The crust was burned and black on the edges. Asked for extra cheese and it didn’t even look like they put any on. Poor rushed job.
