Made my order and paid 67.25. The one pizza was wrong and when I called I was told. It depends on who makes it. Definitely not what I ordered or paid for. The twisted dipping hardly had anything to dip. Again Definitely not what I paid for and always seem to have issues with this store, when I order on line. Horrible service from the manager and can’t reach a district manager. Now half my family can eat whole the rest wait over an hour to get the corrections done.

We ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with sausage, onions, and peppers, not cut, so that we could reheat if needed. What we got was a super thin, disgusting thing that was soggy and stuck to the box. It had a total of about an ounce (no exaggeration) of sausage and a couple of recognizable pieces of pepper and onion, not even distributed over the whole thing. And it wasn’t even large, it was more like a medium. It was, as expected, luke warm. I used a pizza peel to get it out of the box and the middle ended up with a hole in it. I’ll never order from Domino’s again. Check out this photo of the disgustingness.

I just ordered pizza from domino’s through their automated system two medium pizza’s for 9.99 each which is a special. The automated system repeated my order back to me which was correct. The delivery man gets here with one pizza. I call the store they claim I was only charged for the one pizza because that’s all my order showed. Believe me when I say I would not pay 28.61 for one medium pizza that to me is absurd. The manager did not want to rectify the situation just said there was nothing he could do. At that amount for one pizza there is definitely something you can do. I will not be ordering from them any further. Sad that customer service is ratchet but you will charge the consumer way beyond what your pizza is worth and when you screw up there is nothing you can do.

This place has gone downhill quick. Usually had awesome service. Now they constantly forget sauces and apparently this is what paying for extra cheese gets you. I’ve stopped using Sams. I’ll probably stop using Dominos now. Maybe Brothers can have consistent service.

I started buying pizza (delivery) from this Domino’s 7-8 yrs ago. The pizza was surprisingly good! It was consistent pizza after pizza, year after year. I’m pained to say that the last 3 pizzas we received had so little cheese and other toppings that I’m NOT likely to order again. I’m sad

I don’t know how to describe the wings other than to say they were mushy. That’s gross to me. As far as the pizza, I wish I had made the time to stop for a frozen one. It would have been better. I would have had it in less than 70 minutes. It wouldn’t have cost me $20 + delivery charge + tip.
