I only order buffalo chicken pizzas cause they’re my favorite but every time I order from this location, I’ve never gotten the buffalo sauce on my pizza. I think once out of like 10 orders I’ve gotten the buffalo sauce. If it was only once or twice, I wouldn’t mind but this is pretty consistent.

Pizza I ordered yesterday was trash. Little sauce, little flavor, hard, and extremely dry. Took advantage of the 50% off coupon, but the price was actually more expensive than the 5.99 mix and match promo. I have to remember not to order from here. The quality is terrible.

I ordered pizza online warranting road Fredericksburg va22406. I assume it’s good and gave it to the kids. After my wife pointed out the pizza our children eating not properly cooked. I spoke the phone and complain it’s raw they told me bring the pizza back. When I went to the store instead of apologizing and replacing the pizza. He manager Austin was was rude and misbehave me. I recommend such staff bringing bad name to the dominos brand. Therefore should be sacked.

Sooo during Covid 19 they delivered the pictured items. I ordered thin bacon pizza and chocolate lava cakes. 15 mins after a call they return to pick up wrong order and swap for correct one. Ewww threw it out knowing someone else had my food and they actually just switched our food back after it had been touched by another customer. Not good Domino’s

Ordered pizza from the app, first pizza came all messed up. Called to have a new one mad. The second one looks worse than the first. I was told to keep one and give them back the other and I would be getting a refund. The manager mike calls me and says that they can’t refund me until they have both pizzas. I told him I tried to eat a couple slices but come and get the pizza. They need to get their staff on the same page. Don’t tell a customer one thing and then change it. Won’t order from here again.

We have been loyal customers of this Domino’s for nearly a decade because of their prompt service and the low prices; however, the ridiculous lack of toppings is the cost you pay for the cheap price. We ordered mushrooms on our pizza and it literally looks like ONE mushroom was cut up and sprinkled over the entire pizza. There was maybe 4 or 5 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. We are tired of getting cheated and will be switching to another pizza restaurant.

Ordered around 8-45pm got to our hotel pretty quickly but then the reality kicked in I had ordered a pacific veggie (paid 2 dollars more to make it a speciality!) Chicken Alfredo w/bread bowl, and boneless chicken w/ bbq. Pizza arrived with all the toppings slid to the left side and way too much sause. So nasty In went to WaWa and got a sandwich! Bread bowl was not done, bread bowl was doughy and uneditable! Chicken was bland. I love my home town Domino’s and I’m very disapointed with this location and I’ll never order from here again!

Horrible location. Today was my third time in a row getting my order messed up. Don’t risk it, go somewhere else. I ordered plane cheesy bread for my toddler, and I I get jalapeno bacon cheesy bread. Last time it was a mushy soggy pizza with way too much sauce. You couldn’t even pick up a slice. And prior to that the store changed my delivery order to pickup without telling me. I called after an hour and was informed because they charged me the carryout rate instead of the delivery rate (still their fault). My only option was to start over somewhere else or drive to pickup my cold pizza… that’s right not even an offer for a fresh order.

First off when you try to schedule a pick up for a later time in the day it automatically selects tomorrows date and won’t offer you the ability to select todays date. It also states that this store ONLY does contactless carry out. I called the store as I sat outside and explained the issue and told them the gentleman the car I was sitting in outside when my pizza was done. After 32 minutes and still no pizza I called the store back and the gentleman says “oh your pizza has been done.”Terrible customer service. I suggest you hire people who have a passion for going above and beyond for their customers as this gentleman knew I was sitting outside waiting and did not think to even just call me at the least to tell me my pizza was done. He just let my pizza be done when I told him I was waiting outside.
