Ordered 2 buffalo chicken pizzas. They delivered without putting any hot sauce on it. When called the store, assistant manager Graham hung up the phone on me, because my wife asked who was not doing their job the right way. Then refused to credit for the pizza, this is not the first time they have made a mistake.

So, I tried placing an order through my app and an hour and a half later no pizza. I checked my app for the progress and it appeared as if I never placed my order. Tried it again and after another hour checked and again it appeared that my order was never placed. Placed another order and 10 minutes later I got the first order and then another hour after that I got the second order. Never received the third order. I expected a long wait because an event had just ended and I know there were going to be a lot of orders placed. I called today to see if there was anything they could do for me. The manager was super friendly and explained that when they are super busy the app doesn’t start the progress until the pizza goes in the oven.. Without question the manager reimbursed me for two of the orders and apologized for the confusion. Fantastic customer service just the way it should be…

This manager didn’t acknowledge the online order that was put in via app until I personally went inside the store after 45 minutes and asked for the order. He then initiated my order and told me that the app shows the wrong times. He neither made any effort to keep the quality of the pizza and made those 5 pizzas in so much hurry that I couldn’t recognize if it’s the same pizza that I ordered. This guy doesn’t even acknowledge the mistake and didn’t bother to even say sorry!! I am speechless to even what review I should write here. Corporates have become too strong to even notice such feedback from the customers. The service has become so mechanical that I don’t expect any change in that managers behavior nor from Dominos corporate unit. I couldn’t even give feedback in their app since it was disabled. Absolutely horrible!!

Normally fine, but today I put in an order and needed to change it. I called the store, they hung up on me. I called again, and they fixed it, but then someone accidentally cancelled my whole order. I gave them the order again, they told me it would be about 40 minutes. I called after an hour to check on it, they said it would be another 45 minutes. Sloppy.
