Cold pizza, warm soda. Order took 1 hour 38 minutes to arrive. Evidence of jostling during transport. Cheesy bread wasn’t gooey, lava cake wasn’t flowy. I called at 50 minutes after tracker showed my order had been delivered. I was told order was placed during a rush and I would have to wait. I called back at 80 minutes and was told my order was dropped at the wrong house by mistake. Driver was en route to pick it up and deliver to me. Not a good showing for Domino’s overall.

I have been ordering from the Great Falls Domino’s for over 10 years now, as before all the food delivery services were around (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), Domino’s was the only one that would deliver to me. In the past year the service has gone down tremendously. I am talking, never got my pizza, to my pizza arriving almost 2 HOURS late, to delivering my pizza to my neighbors three doors down and left sitting in the rain… I really hope that the start of the New Year can bring a new change of service here. I would hate to loose the last pizza delivery place in the area.

When I placed the order it said deivery within 27 to 37 minutes. But an hour and half later we have still not received the pizza! My guests have left and there is still no sign of the pizza! Worst experience ever! Very embarrasing for me, never befor have my guests left without eating! Called the store I was put on hold over 15 minutes, and still no one to talk to!

I find the food I get now like wings undercooked or just barely cooked enough to be edible, and the pizza to be lacking in toppings now- I never had this problem until recently where the people who used to work there got relocated or fired- and this new group just is way to lacking in experience to be making food in general- I will say it’s a big drop in quality comparing the two-

Used to order from this Domino’s all the time tipped well. Recently have been trying to order from them either the order goes to the wrong house or it doesn’t get to the my place at all will not be ordering anymore this Domino’s is the absolute worst. Save your money & buy a frozen pizza.

1 month ago I wrote a blistering review of this restaurant. I am home schooling my grandchildren who love “pizza day.” I have had an opportunity to visit this Dominoes 4 times since that review. I am happy to report that everything has improved greatly. The Dominoes Corporation reached out to me which I appreciated. They clearly communicated with the store. Since then, whether it was pick up or delivery the food has been prepared on-time, was fresh and piping hot, and of course delicious. I am so happy that things have improved as this is one of my grandkids favorite lunchtime spots. The staff there is very nice and I think they truly want the best experience for their customers. Kudos Dominoes!
