They never delivered my pizza! $20 and a tip gone! I ordered at 11pm. They close at midnight. I watched the GPS as the driver made their way towards my hotel. They stopped nearby. I figured they were finishing another delivery. So I went outside my hotel to make it easier on the driver. I waited, but the driver never got closer. Around midnight the app suddenly said the order was complete. But I did not have my pizza! And I saw no sign of the driver! And because it was now midnight the store was closed and I could not get through when calling. Which I’m sure was exactly what the driver wanted. Easily the worst Dominos experience I’ve ever had. How could it not be?

I ordered a pizza 3 month ago. Disgusting taste. I got the wrong order. I requested for a refund but I was told I have to get another pizza instead. They said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I went there to pickup but I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I will never go there again.

Worst domino’s I have ever been to. They screw up your pizza and when we tried contacting them, they had no customer service and told up they can do nothing about it. Please save you time and money and order from somewhere else and the employee name(manager) is SAM who refuses who help you in any way.

I love it how you see them making your pizza. And the idea of putting a space for the little ones to watch the dough show is brilliant. Employees are nice and friendly. To avoid waiting for 10-15 minutes make sure to give them a call ahead of time. Their bathroom are temporary closed since the pandemic.

Best Domino’s we’ve ever been to. My mom is a teacher at FCPS and though we live in Prince William, we always come to this location for our pizza because we always have very good experiences here. Javier in particular takes exceptional care of my mom whenever she stops by. 10/10 would recommend

We called to inquire about a pizza that was ordered for us and we are literally next door. We spoke to the MANAGER with a middle eastern accent, says the “driver” left but we are next door, and I kept explaining to him he said the driver left and they will be there in 5 min. 20 min later, the pizza finally came and it was delivered COLD. We called back and the same guy told us it wasn’t his problem that we didn’t pay for the pizza , he sent the PIZZA MAKER, or worker whatever who snatched the pizza out of our hands, and left with a whole attitude. Now I know a mistake is made but to not own up to it and then have an attitude about it is UNPROFESSIONAL. And I’ve been a customer since I started working next door and never had an issue until today. My biggest problem is, if you are going to work in a fast food customer service industry. Acknowledge a mistake was made and fix it. Instead of catching attitudes with them.

I order and pick up from this Domino’s every Friday, and they’re the best. The staff is perpetually busy but still manages to greet me, answer my questions, and offer me a free drink when my pizza is delayed. Not to mention they never skimp on toppings. Their boxes say “made with love”, and it’s the truth.
