The food was terrible. The chicken wings were filled with fat and we were busy scrapping off the fat to get to the meat. The pizza was the same or less quality than the frozen pizza. If I could, I want to give a 0 rating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We placed our order and it was already going to take an hour. So an hour and a half goes by and we still don’t have our food. Our driver left the store 45 minutes before our food got here.

I haven’t had dominos in awhile and today we ordered a pan pizza and the dough was raw. Super disappointing when you’re working all day and super hungry. I’m not sure why a place that specializes in pizza can not bake a pizza as it should be baked. Hard to tell in the pic but I assure you it is super soft AFTER baking it myself for an extra amount of time!

Worst domino’s. Choose another one or another pizza place in general. Pizza is always missing hot sauce (even though its under the ingredient list and not super hard to miss) and arrives cold continuously. I told the delivery guy that my order was wrong (no hot sauce on top) be he just told me to “call the store”. Bought a marble brownie this time and it is burnt (didn’t check it before he left because how can you mess that up). How do you let these items leave the store? Not ordering from here again. Management is lacking.

This was our go-to Domino’s because it is one of two closest to us. For a long time it was consistently satisfactory, and we gave it a solid four stars. It’s recently taken a dive downhill. First, we submitted an order for pickup. Turned out the order either never was produced or had been given to someone else. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the order to be re-produced. Zero apologies. Second, we ordered two three-topping pizzas for 9.49 each. One was two toppings and was priced at $9.49. The other had three toppings but was priced at $10.99. Why? Because we had asked for a double portion of one topping. The location refused even the minimal compensation of giving us a bottle of soda in lieu of a refund of $1.50. At least we got an insincere “we’re sorry” this time. Go here at risk of major disappointment.

After reading all these negative 1 star reviews I thought there would be some improvements due to low score reviews but I was wrong. I ordered 3 pizza only for 2 Toppings and how hard could it be to make it, but Orlando just missed the hot Buffalo sauce that was one of the topping. Besides the delivery was just so slow. Would never be coming to this store.

We live nearby and order from here about once a month. One of the better serviced Dominos locations. Our pizza one time was completely wrong, but the manager refunded us and remade without hesitation. Would have been better to be correct the first time considering the order is clearly detailed out online. Plus the hassle of driving there, waiting for a new pizza, and back.
