Friendly and courteous staff. I prefer to call and order so I can gain access to the latest specials and coupons. My wife ordered 4 large pizzas that came up to $65 on the app. I called and asked about specials and coupons and got it down to $45.

The employees are welcoming, & from my observation, they’re always working like a team. Nobody was carrying another employees workload, they were happy. Good vibes. Its hard for mee to come in to businesses after i had my arm amputated at 25yrs old. Its only been 5syrs so the trauma is still fresh. I was the most outgoing people person until this life changing accident from domestic violence so every place i go i struggle just to get outta my car( yes i drive with my 1arm, i lost my dominant 1.) But I think this is the only business where i didnt feel like i was a freak. Im very unique, im sure people will rarely see another like me, but understand that im struggling in every way mental emotional physical blah blah, so it takes even more willpower when you see & feeel the stare n judgment like im a monster … so THANKS Domino’s of arbutus for making me not feel socially anxious and unacceppted. the food was the best hot cheese was Melted n on the bread unlike a lot other Domino’s where the cheese had slid off . I even found a guys wallet n gave it back to him n the store, very clean kitchen the guys rock

My order was better than expected. I had a lot of bad orders from Domino’s and I was surprised especially from the mixed reviews from this location. I ordered online and went to pick it up. My order was completed within 20 minutes. The pizza and garlic bread (was supposed to be a twist but not complaining) was good. The wings was decent but not terrible. I ordered on a Thursday night around 8pm so kudos to that staff during that shift. I will always have my reservation when ordering from Domino’s (it like going back to a bad relationship and expecting something different) but I was content with my order on opening night of the NFL season.

I’ve lived at my address for about a year now. We’ve ordered from this dominos and it has gotten progressive worse. Any time I order a Hawaiian Pizza, the pineapples are thrown all over the place (I guess since it’s a cool thing to hate pineapple on pizza). Bubbles never popped, hardly any sauce and no answer when things are wrong. The last time the driver made me take everything out of his bag while he stood there on the phone. Yesterday (June 4th) I ordered at about 3:45pm and the app went through the whole thing (making the order, the order is on the way) when I got the on the way notice, I went outside. The driver never pulled up. I went inside to check my phone and someone from dominos was calling. Long story short, I was told v rudely that “We’re not delivering your pizza….” We don’t go there.” I had gotten a delivery not 2 weeks ago on May 27th. I had 2 v hungry kids here and no way to get out to get anything else. I used a free pizza from some points that I was told they didn’t know when they’d have it put back. I don’t apologize for being petty and getting angry with them. We were never offered maybe a pick up or anything like that (not that I would have been able to go get it) even if I was able to get a delivery, I would not. Service is HORRIBLE!!!! They do not answer the phone, and we waited 2 hours for a pizza, and we are only a mile away! When it arrived it was cold. There are plenty of other places to order pizza from in the area,so don’t waste you time ordering from here.

My order was the wrong toppings, when i tried to call to let them know i was on hold for 30 minutes with no one picking up. Not even a “thank you for calling please hold.” Got to the point couldn’t wait and just had to eat what they gave me. -_- also barely any sauce on it. And the pizza was cold
