The food presentation is ALWAYS horrible. I don’t know if they are not letting the pizzas cook all the way through or if they are tossing them around while driving. The pizza is NEVER cut. They never follow the special cooking instructions. The wings are barely cooked then they squirt sauce on top. I’ve had to call up there so many times and it seems like it’s just getting worse by the order. I HATE this is my only option for Domino’s. I wish I could give them 0 stars. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!!

My and my family orders from domino’s almost every week or every other week. We usually go to the falls road location which the are always perfect with your order. However, recently, we have been trying the johnny cake location. We have gone to this store three times and each time the pizza is burnt. The pizza is never fully cut, or cut in weird slices.We order multiple pizza each time we order, we have a large family, and literally each pizza is always burnt. After ordering from this store three time and having the food be over cooked each time, that lets me know if a staff issue. Then this go around they gave us what i can only assume to be old wings. The wings were dry, even the sauce on them seemed like it was soaked and dried into them. This is by far the worst location for domino’s.

Get the thin crust pizza for my son & chicken carbonara pasta every other Friday for me & my son . Noticing new manager & new workers . Glad i checked my order . Pizza was trash burnt no sauce . I was told that they previously overtopped and now this is standard !!! 2 pieces of chicken and no sauce . Not accommodating at all ! Made me wait 15 mins for a refund . Will definitely go to a different location. Sad because I’ve been coming here for years ☹️

Food is good, prepared in reasonable amount of time. But they LOVE to stop the 2 minute countdown timer for curbside delivery way before they actually deliver. This was 3rd time the timer stopped within their 2min guarantee window but was actually delivered in 4 minutes. So corporate thinks they met their quota of successful deliveries and we are cheated out of the free pizza we’re supposed get for late deliveries. Do better

For fast food, you can’t knock a couple good pies from Domino’s for 7.99 each. They always have deals online bc otherwise, they really out here trying to charge people 16 bucks for one pizza. I try not to linger at the store too much, but the staff is usually pretty attentive and the orders are accurate.

Just received my order and although I’ve had a decent order from this location before, this was disappointing. I ordered a 10” pizza hand tossed. It was not hot and the crust on a hand tossed was very thick, more like bread and not much sauce. Also, I ordered a salad which they forgot and had to bring back, but I’m not going to eat it. The salad greens are old and not fresh at all. I’ll think twice before ordering from this location again. Wasted my $8 on this salad. Really not happy

Keep your receipt if you pay with your credit card! I purchased on 6/23, it was 75 dollars but they charged 3 dollars more when I checked my credit card statement later. I found out because I kept my receipt this time. They never called me about it. I used to order pizza here, but so disappointed this time.

The pizza is good but this place is sloooooooooow. Don’t expect your pizza within an hour. If their tracker is accurate, then they quality check it for like 45 minutes, and there’s no way a pizza is fresh after that much time has passed. Blame the Noid, I guess.
