I paid $29 for a half cheese stake half veggie pizza and 3 cheese tater tots. I should have opened the pizza box and checked but I got home and opened the box and found a regular pizza with mushrooms on one side and mushrooms, onions and green pepper on the other side. I called and told them what happened. The manager yelled at me after I told him that I am not going to bring the pizza all the way back for him to look at it. They knew they did not put any stake or cheese sauce on this pizza. Why do I have to drive back to prove it to you. I offered to send a picture. He refused. He didn’t even offer to come and pick it. Horrible customer service. I started eating it before I took this picture obviously and decided to write this review for this location because I was hungry and angry . The pizza tasted great. It was not what ordered and too expensive for what I ended up with.

I made an online order, somehow my order had gotten lost or was never seen! I arrived to pickup my food and paid for everything but then I was asked to wait until it was done, I waited and waited! Then after the third of fourth time of me going back in to check on my order, I realized that even with me being there my order was never made until the last time that I had went back in the store to check on it.

Just bought a sandwich that was missing ingredients. On top of that more then half my bites didn’t contain chicken. So upset that I just spent 7 dollars on literally bread, sauce, and a few pineapple slices. Knew something was wrong when it looked like just two slices of bread, because basically that’s what I got. This location has been going downhill steadily. The pizza I got yesterday was wrong. Then on top of that the pizzas from yesterday and today weren’t cut not even enough to pull apart without ripping.

The manager in this store needs an action. He is the rudest a very very rudest manager I have ever seen. All I said was the payment online is not going through there could be a prob with the online site, instead PF acknowledging the error he is telling me I need to have money to pay. How in the world he judged I don’t have enough which was so rude. I have been going to dominoes over more than a decade and this was my worst worst ever experience. I am talking to him and he is running his mouth like there is no customer service what so ever. He in fact asking me to go some where else, what kind of manager is that. Very very very very disappointed with this location and service he provided. He made me feel like he owns the place. Very sad

Ordered pizza multiple times with carry out option and no issues. Delivered on time. But when they have 50% off on regular price items , they called and mentioned out of few vegetables. As a vegetarian, number of options will be less. So they should maintain stock of vegetables to help customers.

It’s a chain. Like at any other, the quality you receive (both in terms of food and of service) will depend entirely on which employees are involved in your order. The best advice I can give there is, if you’re happy with your ordering experience then note down the time & day of the week and try to time your next order similarly.

After arriving home from picking up my order I realized that both orders of the 16 piece bbq wings and the 16 piece garlic wings were each missing 4 wings. So I was charged for 32 pieces of wings and only received 24 smh. Other than that the rest of the food including the wings were delishhh.

Very Disappointed. We ordered for delivery at home and We received the partial order. We didn’t receive spicy jalapeños chicken in the delivery which we paid for it. I called the store and they said driver is on the way. We waited and waited for hours. No body came to deliver. Again call the store and they simply said we will do refund for it and don’t have courtesy to apologize for that. My guests are waiting and it feel so shameful and disgusting. It spoiled our Friday night party. Don’t order from this store. Poor customer service.
