Ordered pickup for the family tonight, this is the second or third time we tried this location. I am normally not a fan of franchise pizza but everything we’ve ordered each time was done well and very delicious. The staff was the real bonus in our experiences as they were always very friendly and courteous every time we went to pick up.

As usual always some problem at this location. Just bought 6 pizzas for a party and needed some packs of Parmesan cheese and red pepper flake and of course they don’t have any. Really you sell only by Pizza and you don’t have these items for your customers.

Ordered pizza with half onion and olives, and the other half with jalapeño and green pepper. The other half with olives is like barely 8-9 pieces of olives. Almost 2 slices of pizza is just onions, no olives. When you generally call them, they defend themselves all the time.

I typically love it here but recently had my order brought out to my car and had trouble opening my passenger door. After a minute or so, I was able to open it for the person and they rudely said “You shoulda just put your window down.” There definitely wasn’t enough room to put everything through the window space. I was trying to be kind & help the person with the door!

I have used the phone app for years, always good service. Last night ordered as usual to saved correct address and after a long wait and the app tracker saying delivered, I tried calling to inquire about paid for pizza. Waited on hold 20 minutes and gave up.

I’ve never had a problem with this store but that changed tonight. I placed a substantial order for pickup. When I arrived the only person there was the most ignorant, rude & smug manager/employee I’ve ever dealt with. I was told I couldn’t enter because I didn’t have a mask. I said fine, then just change it to curbside pickup which they offer. Even with 2 other employees there he still refused. I said fine, then change it to delivery and again he refused. He became very angry and told me to leave. I said fine, just credit my account. After 5 minutes he finely did. I’ve done a lot of business with this store and have never had a problem until tonight, 10/10/20 at 11pm. I will never do business with this store ever again and if this is how they treat customers then I’m sure other customers will follow my lead.
