This location is just okay. It seems that maybe they rushed a little. I ordered a handmade pan pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. It just seems that the pizza could’ve been cooked just a couple minutes longer. I personally like when the pizza is slightly browned on top otherwise the cheese has this overly chewy texture. Perhaps I should’ve requested this. I know for next time.

This one in Ft. Wash. is straight TRASH!!! I ordered online and the tracking app. said it was was in the oven (Bake). I live 10 mins. away. I leave and get there by 2:38 (estimated time it would be ready was 2:28-2:38. I get there and click on the “I’m coming in” selection. I get give him my order #, he looks inside the oven and says “15 minutes”. I say, it said “ready” on the app. I sit down. He starts preparing a pizza so I stand up to see how they do it. He is making the pizza exactly how I asked for (half pepperoni half cheese). I say, “is that my pizza? He says “yes”.

This particular Domino’s has pretty good pizza. But I’m disappointed today. I certainly won’t buy pizza from them on a Friday because I’ve had better pizza from this location. But my biggest gripe is the philly cheese steak. It’s awful. Look at the pic and you tell me. This is insulting to the name Philly steak. They took my money today but never again will I order a sandwich from here. Highly disappointed !!!!!

Will never buy pizza here ever again. The two medium pizzas I ordered last night smelled so bad for some reason and found out the source was the crust. Had to throw both away for fear of getting a stomach bug. Either they didn’t practice proper hand hygiene when they handled the dough or they used spoiled ingredients to make it. They could have also used old dough that they didn’t store properly. Who know’s what happened. But for them to serve me pizza of this poor quality and might I add at a less busy time last night is just plain disappointing. A complete waste of time and money.

My friends and I were staying at the Wyndham for a convention nearby and our food was hours late – the entire order was wrong and missing items. When I called the “closing” manager was extremely rude and was screaming at me. She hung up the phone multiple times. And told me that even though my food was marked as delivered (when it wasn’t yet but they had clocked out the driver for the night which is weird to me). Refused to give her name so I could give it to corporate. My food was definitely tampered with and whomever the two closing managers I spoke too, need to be let go. They are rude, unprofessional and do not care about their job as the lady so stated when we asked her name to make a formal complaint. I was appalled and shocked at her behavior especially as someone who also works in customer service. Do not order from here. EVER.

I ordered at 1130pm and they close at 12. They canceled my order at 12 lmao. Why not just close early if ur gona stop taking orders or change ur store hours on Google so people know. Had a decent sized party expecting lots of pizza and it was disappointing to tell them the order was canceled.

Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from this location. There are hardly any toppings especially meat toppings. In an attempt to save operating costs by cutting back on ingredients, the only thing you accomplished was losing a customer. This is really the wrong approach. This is really a bummer because I love their pan pizza.

SO hit and miss! I had an excellent experience at one store, ordered from a different store two weeks later and had the worst experience. No consistency= no ordering from me.

Almost consistently excellent deep dish. Once in a blue moon my pie will have thin areas of cheese, but 99% of the time its on point! Dominos also has the best deep dish of any national pizza chain, hands down. Quality-wise, papa John’s prides itself in premium ingredients but honestly I find everything from the Italian sausage to bacon to how they cut their onions better at dominos than papa John’s. And you gain free pies with their rewards program faster than papa John’s. Great folks working at ft Washington location! Order enough and they even start recognizing you when you walk in! They get a little slow on busy days (holidays, superbowl) so just go in with a little patience and courtesy.
