I ordered two large pizzas, one pizza was half pepperoni and half just cheese. That one turned out good, the other one not so much. It was supposed to be sausage and onions on the whole pizza. As you can see by the picture, they barely put any toppings on there. I was very disappointed. The blame goes to both corporate and the individual store manager/owner. They could have easily added more toppings on top of the minimum amount but chose not too. I haven’t ordered here in a long time and now I know why. Taken for granted that the pizza was only $5.99 for a large, I guess you get what you pay for. It might be awhile before I order again.

The most incompetent place to ever exist. For the LARGE purchases made, they have NEVER been on time. When they don’t get their pizza bags back on time, they start calling and make you drive in thunderstorms for their damn bags. Evidently it’s only okay to be late, AS LONG as it’s on their side and not the customers. Pizza was made terribly and the team is incredibly rude.

I ordered some sandwiches and 3 dips a few days ago at this store (drove there, not an online order). This was at around 10:15 pm. When I got home, I realized that they did not give the dips along with the sandwiches and so I drove back. The store was already closed at around 10:30 pm, although the sticker on their door says 12:00 am. I knocked on the door to get the attention of the person at the counter. He started yelling at me, said that the store is closed and that they will not open the door. After about 2-3 mins of him yelling at me, I saw the person who had initially taken my order. I requested him to open the door for a second, which he did and I explained the situation. He apologized and gave me the dips.

I think they count every piece of topping and no matter if you choose Normal or pay more for Extra amount you will only get 5 – 7 pieces. It’s funny but sad specially when we are being charged almost $3 or more for each topping.

This Domino’s has gone so down hill. While it used to be great, we have had an issue with the last 5 orders consistently. I’m just done with this franchise because the food comes out wrong, overcooked, whatever it may be. Not worth it.

Ordered chicken carbonara and two topping Pepperoni/peppers pan pizza. Pasta was very dry with not enough bacon, chicken and sauce. For the most part it felt like eating boiled pasta with a tinge of flavor here and there!!

Ordered two times in the last month a sausage pizza. And it is like one or two pieces of sausage per slice. Marcos however loads the toppings. Guess what South Riding Dominos, you lost a good customer. It wasn’t always this way, but you are trying to save a buck. Penny wise and pound foolish! Bye bye!!

If I could ZERO stars, I would. I spoke with the manager 2.5 hours before I needed eight pizzas delivered for my child’s birthday party and paid over $100 to have them delivered to the birthday venue. At 6:30p I called, when the pizzas were supposed to arrive at 6:15p, because our party slot ended at 7p. I was told that my order was “voided” (no reason or excuse as to why) and they could have pizza to me in 30-40 mins, by the time I had a clear answer from someone (after being put on hold many times), there was 20 mins left of the party. We rushed over to Papa John’s and they made pizzas within 11 minutes that the kids were able to enjoy (up to the minute the party ended since it was way past when the kids were supposed to eat). Lesson learned, I will NEVER order from this disorganized, disappointing Domino’s again!

I’ve been waiting for more than 10 minutes in my car. My cubside pick up was ready 4:30-4:40 pm I just came here around 4:45pm and I made button “checked in” at Dominos website but no one brought my order and I just went to in store and they helped me to carry out because I’ve holding baby. They said I didn’t check in since I already checked in, so disappointed. During waiting time, I called this number also but automatically machine asked me to order since I already made my order online. System is so inappropriate. So bad experience!
