2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting only to get a cold pizza. They couldn’t even bother to send the other items I ordered. I tried calling to see about a refund, but no one answered the phone. I felt really bad for my delivery driver. Super nice guy. Domino’s as a company, however… Just terrible. This was my first and last order from them.

Walked in on 07/06/23 and I guess his name is Bruce.. first he was on the phone.. than when I looked over by the prep table my pizzas 1 was done and the other was just sitting there outside the box. He never put the garlic buttery sauce on my crust he just threw them in the box and kept it moving.. like my dude I pray u ain’t the store manager cause if so that’s store is in some real trouble.

Don’t waste your time with curbside at this location, I checked in online(when I first arrived), then replied to the text confirming I was there (after waiting 20 minutes) and I still had to call(20 minutes later). I finally got my food 35-40 minutes after arrival. My pizza was cold and the sandwich cheese burnt to a crisp, my daughter didn’t even eat it. I wasnt prepared to go in the store and I thought this is perfect! The only thing more annoying than wearing a mask in a store/business, is a store/business offering a service to make it more convenient but they don’t follow through.

I’ve ordered from here 4 times. Every time the wait has been two hours or more. Every time I’ve called the restaurant to look into it. Every time the phone goes unanswered. This is either somehow the busiest Dominos on the Eastern Seaboard or a money laundering operation.

Don’t waste your time ordering. Online tells me 40 to 50 min till delivery. I call the store at the 50 minute mark because the tracker is still on the first step. The clerk tells me there are two orders ahead of me then they must wait for the driver to return give it another 45 min. I told them cancel my “free” pizza that would have cost me 8$…never again.

Always get my order, good pizza, friendly drivers. There are just a lot of negative people in this area. Ohhh, had to wait for a delivery every place has been like this since covid. People doing the best they can to serve you and that’s not enough.

Got the Brooke, which is a brownie and cookie mix. It was good while it was hot. Ordered online, it took over 30 minutes, but I guess it was due to it being a holiday.

Dont ever order delivery from here. It will take FOREVERRRR to get to you. I have ordered delivery from this location THREE times and all three times it has taken 2+ hours for them to get to me, despite the pizza being prepared within the first 30ish mins. Unbelievable. My car is in the shop so I am stuck relying on delivery. I prefer takeout from Marsh Road in Wilmington, instead..

I ordered the 14 inch Brooklyn pizza and the Philly cheesesteak. OMG I can not believe this store is still opened with all the complaints they have! My pizza was dry, with no sauce ( at least that’s what it tasted like), and the cheese was dry, not cheesy at all. The steak did not taste like a cheesesteak, I don’t know what it tasted like, but it wasn’t steak! It didn’t have any cheese on it, and it was so burnt and crispy like bacon, and it was on pita bread, not a steak roll. I called corporate and they said that this is a franchisee and they will relay the message. I haven’t received a call yet! This is so unprofessional and disappointing. They finally deliver in my area, and this was my first time ordering from them and my LAST!!!!!! Bad business!!!!!
