This place is horrible needs to be shut down. Always short staff and alot of excuses. I placed an instore order on 7/27 /23 @ 450pm after asking different staff members is my pizza done yet I walked on at 5:40 without any food. I order at least 3 times a week from 797 pulaski hwy and sometimes I have issues. But Haley and Mrs. T from such good care of me that I changed my 1 star to a 5 star. And they did that just by listening and fixing the complaint.

Do not order from this store. Placed a order at 7:51 waited until 9:13 called the store, they didn’t pick up close to about 9 minutes, finally a lady picks up I ask about my order and she says the pizza was made then goes silent. I ask where it’s at ???? And her response was idk ??? Didn’t offer anything !!! No coupon, no half off your order, no free pizza, she should be fired for how disrespectful she was. She Didn’t care one bit.

Very disappointing. Took an hour. Ordered 2 salads and some pizza. Only one salad was with the order and it was in the bag with the pizzas for the 35 minutes that it was in “delivery” status so it was completely wilted. Called to ask for a refund of the missing items instead of waiting another hour and was told no but they could credit my account for later for that item. I told him to just send them now then. It’s been 30 more minutes and I’m still waiting. The man on the phone was extremely rude. The pizza was cold and completely stuck to the box and peeled the whole pizza apart. We literally had to scrape it up with a spatula and eat it with forks because it did not even resemble a slice of pizza.

I ordered a large pizza from this location at 9:03 pm to be delivered. At 9:46 pm I get a call that I need to pick it up, they can’t deliver anymore tonight. It took them almost 1 hour to figure this out. Never will I order from here again.

I ordered from this location last night and 3 hours went by and my order never left the store… I assume they was short staffed and stuff happens, that’s not a problem I get it. I called today got a girl on the phone who was nice and offered to have the order delivered… I polite declined because I didn’t want it anymore. Then I asked was it possible to just get a refund. And her whole attitude changed and she was rude. She said “refund processed, 7 to 10 days” I said “thank you very much”. And didn’t even get a chance to asked for a reference number for my refund, and she just hung up. Do better
