I have been ordering from this Dominos for years and I called because there was an issue with the state the pizza arrived in. After being on hold for 20 mins and finally getting someone I explained the driver left the food outside and the pizzas look like they were carried sideways. She was rude and the driver was in the background chiming in. She asked me if I accidentally dropped or knocked over the pizzas when I went outside to get them! No, if I had I wouldn’t be calling you and asking you to just pick them up and provide a refund. She eventually refunded my money and hung up on me. I don’t want anything for free, nor would I call and waste my time if it wasn’t an issue worthy of calling. I will no longer be a patron of this business or Domino’s. I don’t expect perfection but I expect to be treated with respect and halfway decent customer service when there is an issue. She made a mountain out of a molehill; I would have never written this review or wanted to take this further but now I am.

Don’t order here they are very careless. And didn’t care that the first pizza was raw and the second one burnt. The response was I wasn’t on the oven. Smh I’ll call corporate and food inspector tomorrow because it wasn’t sanitary for the driver to come in and put his hands straight on the pizza.

Did dominos change their menu? I always loved their hot wings, the hot wings I ordered were plain wings with this horrible sauce drizzled on it, the tater tots are definitely over rated and one dried up large pizza all for 44 bucks and then they ask for a tip. Done with dominos.

They’re trying. They’re understaffed. I get it. But if you don’t have any drivers/employees-dont take orders. Two hours and my food wasn’t delivered. I called (ten times, no one answers.) Finally got a person they said they didn’t have a delivery driver. So you should have called me and told me and refunded my money to go elsewhere. There’s a better way to do it.
