Ordered 2, 2 topping pizzas as well as a few other items. Waited almost an hour and when they arrived the order was wrong. I called back to explain and the young man that answered the phone apologized and said I would be refunded for the full order. When I asked him how that was possible since I paid cash he told me to hold on a moment and got the manager, Wayne. Wayne proceeds to tell me that not only will I will not be refunded for the full order, but that they also will not replace the wrong pizzas as well since they close in 40 minutes. 40 minutes was plenty of time to make 2 pizzas, but he said I needed to wait until the next day. He will be sure to make notes in the computer. So today I’ve called 5 times, each time being told that there are NO notes so I have to wait and speak to Wayne directly and he doesn’t come in until 5 pm. I call at 5, no Wayne, 5:30, no Wayne… but they take my number, for him to call me… no call! Unbelievable!!! I decided to call back from a different phone so that they don’t recognize my phone number, and guess who answers WAYNE. I got every excuse. He reluctantly decides to make the free pizzas, but still charges me an almost $5 delivery fee for their mistake. No, I do not recommend this establishment on any level! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Horrible delivery service, delivery driver calls you 10 mins early and wants you to wait at the curb for them, refuses to get out of the car and walk up to the door. After a couple instances of this, I started to tip for the quality of service that the driver was providing. Delivery driver took exception to having a poor tip for poor service. Threaten to put me on the “do not deliver list.”

Went here twice in the last couple weeks and the food was pretty awful. The pizza had very little cheese on it and the worst was yet to come. A couple days after my second visit, I received an email through PayPal telling me that the store had added an additional $5 tip, totally unauthorized, to my CARRYOUT order that I picked up myself. They just lost a customer for good for being greedy and adding a $5 tip to my order. Beware if you order here since they are ripping people off.
