The manager, Michelle, went above & beyond to make up for a messed up order. I ordered a create your own pasta where the spinach was burnt, tomatoes were left off, & there was barely any Alfredo sauce. I sent pictures in an email and she called personally to ask when would work for me to have her remake my order for free. Not just the pasta but also the cheesy bread. She even added in a cookie brownie dessert pizza. Great customer service!

Despite being cold, the pizza wasn’t terrible. Garlic “knots” however we’re cold, undercooked, and just awful. The tracker app is terrible and says the food is delivered well before it is.

Worst store I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had over two hour wait from ordering to delivery. Obviously food is extremely cold. Their extremely old driver expects me to come find him and grab the pizza from his car when it’s a “contactless” delivery. He’s extremely slow. Literally never had anything go right with them. Plus on the app there’s a button to opt out of selling my personal information. That should be a given of the company cared about its customers. Anything to get just a little more money I guess.

I had ordered a large regular pizza with onions and pepper but when I opened the box there were no peppers or onions found. I went back into the store and explained to the manager what happened. The staff went above and beyond and made me a fresh deep dish pizza with Onions And Peppers. Great service 🙂

I would like to commend the services of those who work at Dominos, specifically this location. My gf and I had a long day a had minimal opportunity to eat food given our schedules. Without realizing, I placed an order online at the last second before the store closed. Even despite that, they still worked away delivered with the same high quality food and polite manner. I forgot to grab the name of the woman who worked on that evening but she was very considerate.

I order from this location almost weekly. I’ve ordered for delivery and take out. I have never been disappointed. The pizza is always hot, made well and ready on time. When I order for deliver, the driver is very nice, and displays good customer service.
