Terrible customer service. I’ve been ordering from this Dominos the last 4 years. The same pizza every time. Weekly. A pan pizza well done and I call in and ask them to add garlic. Because the pan pizza they don’t add the garlic oil to the crust like they do the other pizzas. It’s NEVER been an issue. until today. The employee told me he can’t do that. It’s not allowed. I asked this employee his name so I could call into management. He wouldn’t tell me his name. Refused said I don’t need his name. I called 4 other dominos and asked if I orders a pan pizza would they add garlic oil. All of them said sure no problem sir. Ridiculous this has happened

My experience with dominoes was horrible I ordered a cheesesteak sub with no peppers and no mushrooms and they end up giving me just bread and I also ordered a personal pizza and pizza was even done so I would not recommend dominoes at all. I did go off and call them and tell them and they went ahead and banded me from their restaurant just because I let them know that they were wrong and that who took the order did not put the order in correctly so now they banded me from Domino’s and I was threatened to be having the cops called on me too by the by the manager. So if anything I will go off and re-think about ordering from the restaurant.

Generally order here but tonight’s delivery experience was quite bad!! I am a server so I know how it is to be in the food industry, you need to be respectful to your customers. The delivery driver called me and said to “open the door”. You do not talk to a customer like that. Second, the 2 soda bottles that I had ordered were not there… I left a tip as well, and the service was terrible to say the least… reading the comments, I am not the only one that has had some bad experience! I understand if you forget to add sodas, but what got me the most was the communication, and how a delivery driver talks to a customer. I understand it may have not been intended that way – but I believe that they need some training…

I absolutely love this dominos is particular. I will drive out of my way to get my pizza, sandwiches and wings from here. I feel extremely welcomed everytime I walk in the door. Bell and Allison are always very friendly and have the biggest smiles! Kudos to those 2 and one other. These employees are the ones that need the praise. Keep it up y’all!!
